I've ordered twice from here and the service has been great. The products were as described and arrived really quickly - within a few days.

Updates were provided so I knew the status of my orders. The only thing I can't figure out is how to apply the points I've earned!

Items were of a very reasonable price, the process of buying them was effortless, they arrived very quickly, with a tracking number, and the box they came in can be used to house my polymer clays when they are not being used.

I will definitely be using Crafty Arts again.

Additionally, independent businesses like this need our support, so although Amazon might get it to you tomorrow, consider waiting an extra day or two and support an independent company that have great prices, a massive selection of polymer clays, and the specialist tools / accessories which go with them.

So glad I found this site and what a bargain. Items were delivered on time and as described. I'm ready for my next project, so is my soon to be 9 yr old.

I’ve bought quite a few items - painting by numbers, paints, paper and notebooks. Been really happy with everything. Prices are really good a lot cheaper than other sites. Customer service was really good too.

My item I ordered last year never arrived.
I was fobbed off by customer service by current situation however they do not make this clear when charging a hefty delivery charge to guarantee 48 hr delivery (which 1 week later still has not arrived)....Do not use them once an item is sold they do not care!!!!

I bought this for my grand daughter who is 17 months old, she loves playing with it.

Excellent service, the parcel arrived in good time and was well packaged. My nephew absolutely loved his SmartMax tractor set and I was very pleased I found it on sale.

Too good for mere words. I ordered an art set for my ten year old daughter's Christmas present. It arrived exactly when they said it would. Very well made, so, so many components. The look on my daughter's face when she opened the present was worth the price several times over. Had I paid twice the price I would not have felt cheated.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. I knew the products would be superb because I had purchased Schipper paint kits previously and loved them. No complaints at all, just wish Crafty Arts had a wider selection of this particular companies products, the surpass any other kits for quality, quantity of paint and printing.

I bought an easel from Crafty Arts which arrived really quickly, a few days before the estimated delivery and I love it! Really great quality. I also looked on various other online stores for the same model and crafty arts was the best deal.

My clay arrived very quickly, was happy as got in a sale.as first time using and didn't want to waste money if went wrong
