Awful service. Filthy serving area. Dried waffles battle splashed up the walls. Waffle press caked in old waffle batter. Plates chipped. Server whipping batter while Chatting to his mates at the back of the restaurant, talking and laughing over food while a queue of customers waited. Unfortunately we had ordered using the Scan to Order QR Code from the table so only saw how awful it was when we had to chase our order after 20 minutes. One order if one latte took 10 minutes.

There has been a sad death of the owner
But this has left us as customer's without orders or refunds

The owner has Sadly passed away suddenly and unexpectatdly.
Was a very nice guy.. Probably no one running his website and shop looks closed.

I have ordered several liquids and coils. It meant to be sent next day and when it arrived I have only received the liquids without any coils. It showed as they are preparing the order to be sent. Its been like that for over 2 months and no refund was issued whatsover.
Wjen i tried to contact them thrkugh WhatsApp I have received no reply.

Placed the order been a week and nor I had a delivery or confirmation when they are supposed to be delivering. Wont be considering again, email sent to customer services over 2 days ago still no response.

Bought 2 vapes for 40£ each and they came, one worked perfectly and the other didn’t, the one that didnt the liquid was completely misty and couldn’t see through it unlike the working one which was clear and then the broken one wasn’t working at all, no smoke was produced despite multiple attempts to charge. I phoned them and they said leave it on charge to see what happens, and then I did. It still wasn’t working, and I called them multiple times with no reply. Hopefully I get a replacement product or my money refunded to my account, if I do I will delete the review and leave a 5 star one.
