Shipping was ok but they say if the C02 doesn’t pop into it, it’s just a bad cartridge. That’s a lie. I had a personal whip-it tool and it never fails to pop every single one I use. This specific dispenser is trash. The OG’s need to come back and sell their’s. I’ve never experienced a cream dispenser that doesn’t pop all C02 cartridges. I’ve also never seen one with none removable rubber pieces. (They don’t help create a seal) also some instructions on how to remove and clean the rubber pieces are needed as my boyfriend doesn’t know how to clean it.

Quality ISI parts and chargers at reasonable prices. Shipping was fast. Tracking was included. Had issues trying to place an order on the mobile site so I called their phone number. Customer service was friendly and helpful. He recommended to change the mobile browser setting to desktop. Ordering then worked perfectly. Will do business again. Thank you.

Took many days to get order, then UPS and American customs charged me $105.00 for fees—for a 200.00 order. then when UPS finally handed me package, it was as though box was filled with metal. When I opened the charger box bottom—not taped—had come open and all chargers except 5-6 were in the larger shipping box. I’m lucky they didn’t explode. Sent email but no response—and when I placed order, I had also asked if the chargers I ordered would fit with dispenser I purchased but no one had ever answered. Dispenser box was also not tightly wrapped and pieces were also floating in dispenser box.
You can tell when people care about their brand, their products and their company, and there are clearly some employees in this company that don’t care at all about brand or image—or customers.
