I bought a avi watch unexpected payment. Added to taxes at the airport
I bought a avi watch. That cost. £136. From this company. It wasn't made clear that you have to pay taxes at airports, before the can deliver it, it cost me an extra £38. Having. dyslexia doesn't make any easier. They should have put the part about the taxes at the front. When you're first buying it, not at the back end. I found the same watch on their webpage for a £120. I asked if they could swap it for that and give me the extra back that I paid. They said no. If I had realised, there would have been an extra £38. I wouldn't have bought the watch now. I'm thinking about sending it back. The company wasn't very helpful.

Bought 2 cheap Casio's for work watches,
Almost half the price of buying in Aus.
Delivered quickly by DHL.
Came packaged in a decent small box and the watches were in the original Casio (Singapore) boxes inside.

Nice watch and very good value
Nice watch and very good value. It (Ratio Freediver) didn't work when it arrived, but a check with customer support proved that the battery was dead on arrival. I ordered a new battery from eBay and the watch has been working well since I replaced the battery. I realise I have probably voided the warranty by replacing the battery myself, but it was a relatively good value watch, so I can live with that.

Excellent response from Sally in Customer Service. I did explain in my earlier communication with Customer Service that I had replaced the battery, and I thanked them for the offer to replace the battery if I sent the watch back. However, it was cheaper for me to replace it myself, rather than send it back only to have to pay extra customs duty when it was returned to me.
I am very grateful to Sally and her colleagues for their responses. I would definitely buy from Creation Watches again as a result.
16 June: Creation Watches have assured me that my warranty is still valid, and they offered to reimburse me for the cost of the battery. They could not have been fairer. Excellent service!

"I am writing this to warn other potential customers. I purchased a Seiko Sapphire Titanium Quartz 100M (SXA115) watch (Order #10999839), and after a long wait, it arrived defective and not working. Furthermore, I paid an extra $7 specifically for the "Original Watch Box," but they sent it in a cheap, low-quality Casio box that isn’t even worth 25 cents—it looks exactly like the flimsy packaging used for cheap light bulbs.
When I complained, they offered a replacement or a refund. When I chose the replacement, they informed me that the watch model I bought was no longer available. I offered to choose a more expensive model and pay the price difference, but they demanded I pay shipping and customs fees of $100 again.
I explained that I already paid these fees in the first order and that it is unfair to pay them again due to the company's own mistake (sending a defective product). Their customer service response was unacceptable; they told me that regardless of their fault, I must pay again or just accept a partial refund for the watch price only.
I ended up requesting a full refund. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. My advice to everyone is to stay away from this company and buy your watches from a reliable, trustworthy seller."
