I never received my order and I never received a refund. I would like for the new management to look over this case and please refund me.

You can't get in touch with them if you have any problems they're cable clamps don't even fit their own cables.

Search elsewhere. This is not worth your time or money

Well, what made this experience great was that I received the ordered items undamaged and in a timely manner.

I'm very impressed with the variety, quality, and creativity of this company's products. The affordability of their merchandise was quite a relief. I like that the company provides tutorial videos pertaining to the assembly of some of its products; it was very helpful. However, I suggest that the company include hyperlinks within the products' descriptions that will immediately lead one to the tutorial video. Furthermore, I was attracted to the design, layout, and aesthetics of the company's website. It was intuitive, interactive, and helped me visualize certain products in my own home.

On the contrary, upon receiving my purchase, one of the socket kits was missing a component. After multiple failed attempts at contacting customer service, I finally received a response from someone. I was advised that the missing component would be mailed to me soon. However, multiple weeks have passed and I've yet to receive the missing part to complete my light fixture.

I messaged this company multiple times for assistance and never received a response. Placed the order anyway; however, would have liked if an actual human being could have helped me.

My custom lights arrived, and do not work – I contacted support multiple times to try to fix the issue, and they have stopped responding.

Generally, i was delighted to find these light sockets made in Italy and not China. Delivery was pretty quick by DHL from Italy, and the sockets seem well made.

My only issue is that the bottom of the socket is a female threaded connection that ALMOST fits onto a standard US 3/8 inch threaded lamp tube, but is a metric M10 1.0 thread that doesnt really fit (although it can be jammed into the US connector).

I emailed a question about this to the website but got no answer and took a chance - it didnt pay off, but maybe i can use these sockets some other way.

The cloth covered wire I received is a high quality replacement for a vintage toaster. Delivery was promt as well.

My experience was wonderful.
I was finally able to purchase all matching cage lights for my kitchen and hallway. Also, pleased as the prompt response to the order being processed. DHL was great to advise accordingly as to when to expect delivery. The only problem we had with DHL delivery, is both times left on the stairs and not on the porch and subject to the wet weather. The first delivery was a large box and placed on an angle on the stairs.

Great product at a great price..fast shipping

I had a problem finding a cable to synch my Astell & Kern AK120 DAP & reached out to A&K to supply 1; they referred me to a dealer that didn’t have it, but referred me to Creative Cables, who did. I ordered the cable 3 weeks ago & have not received it yet; I emailed the company about 7 times, left messages on their customer service website about 8 times, communicated to their AI bot about 5 times, & have not yet heard anything from the company. I looked on the BBB website & found reviews about them & decided to finally report them for not following up on my questions about the order. There are two addresses In Tennessee & I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with both. My name is Bob Krauss, but my TD bank has me as Robert; my cell is 516-965-6079 & I’m in Long Beach, NY, & have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed by a company & don’t understand how they can be so rude! The date I put in is approximate because I’m at work & it’s home. Thanks for your help, Bob
