Good if you dont want to use it for too long

Bought a Dell laptop 3 years ago, had extended warranty. Laptop went in for repairs multiple times, eventually replaced just before warrantee expired. The replacement laptop didnt work well, especially with WiFi connection and was sent back to be checked. Feedback received that it's working fine. Got it back and a few months later had the same issue again. Cant send it back because warranty expired.

Good to buy if you only want limited usage out of the item.

We’re very sorry to hear you feel this way.

From our records, the original laptop was covered under an extended 3-year warranty and, returned to us once. We replaced the device for you close to the end of the warranty period at no additional cost.

Following this, the replacement laptop was returned to us twice for investigation. On both occasions, the device underwent extensive testing, including WiFi and stress testing, and no hardware fault could be identified. We also arranged collection and return shipping at our own expense throughout the process.

We always aim to support our customers fairly and professionally, even outside standard expectations, so we are disappointed to hear you were unhappy with the experience.

Just got my 6th phone from Creative IT…

Just got my 6th phone from Creative IT ( not all for me - kids , husband) . My last one was bought from them five years ago so that lasted well . Great help in the store and also online or over the phone. It’s my go to place for phones and I highly recommend.

Top notch service and customer experience

Evan and Jamie we fantastic throughout the repair of my baby - yes sometimes a pc is one thing that keeps you sane!! I would bring her back to the lads anytime in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Had to get a new laptop charger so…

Had to get a new laptop charger so dropped into Creative IT in Mullingar. Super friendly and knowlegeable stafg. The charger had yo be ordered but got a message the next day to say I could colkect it. Great price ,speedy and efficient service. Well done and thank you.
