DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

Once I used their "Free trial" and uploaded only one picture I was suddenly charged 47 euro, and there was no confirmation during the purchase that I was unaware of, if I do not get my money back I WILL take this further.

Charged €56.40 after what was presented…

Charged €56.40 after what was presented as a free trial — without clear and explicit consent.

I cancelled immediately and contacted support, but received only generic responses with no real resolution.

This flow is misleading and does not meet basic transparency standards for subscriptions.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the case further (bank dispute already initiated) and update this review with full details and evidence.

I expect a prompt refund.

BEWARE SCAM

Auto enrolled into year subscription whilst on a free trial and constantly trying to take £56.40 from my account. Lucky it was a top up card and not enough money in the account for them to take the money out. Emailed and deleted account but they continue to try to take the money out. Don’t be fooled into a free trial or give bank details!!

WOOOORST SERVICE

WOOOORST SERVICE. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online service.

I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial. I even received confirmation that my subscription would NOT renew. Despite that, I was still charged and my plan was converted into a paid subscription without my consent.

This is not just bad design this is misleading and unacceptable.

The fact that the payment was triggered by “coin usage” is not something any normal user would expect from a free trial, especially after receiving cancellation confirmation.

Support refuses to take responsibility and hides behind terms instead of fixing the issue.

I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and will escalate this further.

Be very careful this feels like a subscription trap.

I was trying to clean up an SVG file so…

I was trying to clean up an SVG file so I can cut something out on my cricut. Came across this website and figured I’d give it a shot especially with the free trial. I also reluctantly put my card in and then they tried to charge me immediately after that. Luckily my bank flagged this and I decline the charge immediately and I had to get a new debit card. A month later these people are still trying to charge me so once again I decline the charge and had to get a new card. 0 out 10 recommend this site avoid it. I figured out how to what I need for free.

If you saw a charge attempt at the start of the free trial, it sounds like the system has attempted to transition the trial into a paid subscription. This only happens in two situations: either when the free trial limits (based on usage or time) have been reached, or when an optional promotional upgrade offer is selected. If neither of these occurs, no charge attempts are made during the trial period.

Misleading

I added my payment detail for the "FREE annual trial" and was then misleaded by a popup option in the middle of the screen which stated "skip the free trial" with extremely tiny fineprint below it saying it will bill me annualy. I find this ridiculous because this is somehow a common experience with other new users as well on reddit and I am suprised this business is still allowed to operate.

You Have charged me twice

You Have charged me twice, instead of giving me a REFUND, you took my money back out again.

Now I go and check my account and find that I was charged AGAIN on the 20 April not REIMBURSED.
You need to put 2 Payment of $75.32 = $4.56 for Internation Transaction Fee= $155.20
TODAY PLEASE, I do not have time to wait 5 days to buy my food, what do you think I will eat.

Clicked on try for free and had over £50 stolen from my bank account!

Clicked on try for free, it took me to Paypal, no charge was showing up anywhere on Paypal, so I clicked on the button to proceed thinking I wouldn't be charged and it's more like an authorisation process, I was then charged over £50! and was signed up to have this payment taken out of my bank account once a year! Try for free was an outright lie, I have cancelled the subscription so I wont continue to be charged each year and I have emailed them for an immediate refund, if I'm not refunded I will open a dispute with Paypal and also make it a police matter as you've basically stolen my money. Imagine I say to someone 'Here, have this chocolate bar for free' and then when they take it I immediately snatch money out of their wallet, that is basically what has happened here, it's theft pure and simple.

I was charged $47 after a $0 free trial…

I was charged $47 after a $0 free trial and an additional $9.99 without clear confirmation while browsing.

I have contacted support and filed a complaint with the Dutch Authority (ACM), but no resolution has been provided.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I expect a full refund.

very dishonest and sneaky…

very dishonest and sneaky operation.....went on their website to view their products and found my paypal account had been charged for the yearly fee of $47.00.
After 10 days, I am still waiting for my refund!

Honestly it’s the customer service-

The product was not what I personally needed and my time for the free trial lapsed. I wasn’t able to manually cancel my membership. But they were able to help me through email - and honestly that’s worth the 5 stars. I hope someone else finds the value in the product , but the service is A1.

A Masterclass in Deceptive Dark Patterns

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Creative Fabrica. What presents itself as a helpful resource for creators is actually a platform built on deception and predatory business practices.

They deducted money from my account without any clear warning or explicit consent. I signed up for what I thought was a straightforward deal, only to find they had triggered a recurring subscription buried deep in fine print.

The website is a minefield of "dark patterns." They make it incredibly easy to start a subscription but intentionally difficult to cancel it. The user interface is designed to confuse you, hiding the cancellation options behind layers of menus while highlighting buttons that keep the charges coming.

This isn't just "aggressive marketing"—it’s outright deception. They lure you in with "free" offers or low-cost trials, then automatically switch you to high-priced tiers without a single notification email before the charge hits your bank.

Any company that relies on "trapping" users into paying rather than providing value they actually want to buy is running a scam. I feel completely cheated.

Save your money and your sanity. Do not give your credit card information to this site unless you want to spend hours fighting for a refund that they likely won’t give you. Avoid at all costs.

No button or option to cancel…

No button or option to cancel subscription. I contacted support last year requesting a subscription cancellation since I can't do it on the portal, to be charged yet again this year without my consent. Terrible UI, predatory behavior that relies on making it impossible for customers to manage their subscriptions, bad customer service. Do NOT use.
