I had a trial period for 1 month in 3 days they charge me $66.37 CAD. There was no option to unsubscribe so i contacted the chat service they refunded the amount. Again on same day they charged $66.37 again and said I downloaded more than 10 files my subscription ends next year. What a way to make money quick!!

I accidentally subscribed and cancelled it immediately on PayPal. Despite this, I was still charged. I exchanged two or three emails with your customer service team, and although I provided the requested information, I kept receiving replies asking for the same details again.

They advertise a free trial, confirm cancellation — and still charge you.
Then they hide behind vague mechanics like “coin usage” to justify converting you into a paid yearly plan without clear consent.
That’s not just bad service — it’s manipulative.
Support is completely unhelpful and refuses to fix anything.
I’ve already initiated a chargeback and will escalate this further.
If you value your money, do NOT use this platform.

I signed up for a free trial and even received confirmation that it would NOT renew. Despite that, I was still charged and automatically pushed into a paid yearly plan without my consent.
This is beyond bad UX — it’s deceptive.
Hiding charges behind something like “coin usage” during a trial is completely misleading. No normal user would expect that, especially after being told the subscription was canceled.
Support is useless — they just hide behind terms instead of actually solving the problem.
I’ve already filed a chargeback. Avoid this service at all costs.

WOOOORST SERVICE. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online service.
I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial. I even received confirmation that my subscription would NOT renew. Despite that, I was still charged and my plan was converted into a paid subscription without my consent.
This is not just bad design this is misleading and unacceptable.
The fact that the payment was triggered by “coin usage” is not something any normal user would expect from a free trial, especially after receiving cancellation confirmation.
Support refuses to take responsibility and hides behind terms instead of fixing the issue.
I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and will escalate this further.
Be very careful this feels like a subscription trap.

I have already notified my financial institution that this company appears to have questionable processes. I have not downloaded or used any services, yet my free trial was converted into a paid subscription within minutes without my consent, which raises concerns. I also plan to leave a review to help others avoid a similar situation.
At the moment, I am unable to see an option to cancel my subscription. I formally request that you remove all my credit card details from your system. In parallel, I have asked my financial institution to cancel my card and block any further charges from your side.

I subscribed for a trial for Creative fabrica and unfortunately it wasn't for me . As I tried canceling the subscription it wouldn't let me. I emailed for assistance and a gentleman named Alex helped to cancel it . When I reviewed the subscription it was indeed cancelled.
Refund was made. Good costumer service, but tricky website.
I was curious about this website, so I went for the free trial. After entering my credit card details, I was taken to a welcome page. There was a green button in the center, and I clicked it without thinking, assuming it would take me to the main page. Instead, I was immediately charged $47 for an annual subscription.
Worried, I contacted customer support right away through the website’s chatbot. They responded quickly and understood my situation. After about a week, I received my refund.
However, the whole process was quite confusing, especially during the first few days. There was no way to track the status of my refund, so I had to email them repeatedly just to make sure everything was progressing.
I’m relieved that I got my money back, but after reading other reviews, I realized that this seems to happen to many users. I strongly recommend improving the website, especially the subscription management. It should not be so easy to upgrade with just one click, as it can lead to unexpected charges for something users did not intend to purchase.

I had emailed regarding a yearly subscription I was billed without prior notice or warning, however, thankfully after explaining the situation to Customer service, I was granted my time's worth in refund. Thank you.

Absolute scam. Be very careful as you will embark on what you think is a free trial and with slight of hand they will charge you £54 without you realising. Have raised a dispute case with PayPal but CF clearly have a team experienced in handling these cases as they deal with so many so doubt it will be succesful

I unwittingly spent £56.40 on something I thought was free. I signed up for a free trial, aiming to cancel before being charged. However, it turns out that using enough "coins" automatically charges you.

Misleading payment process – charged without confirmation!
I am extremely disappointed. I signed up for a "free trial," but before I even clicked the final "Confirm and pay" button, €56.87 was already taken from my PayPal account for an annual subscription I did not want.
I have screenshots proving the "Confirm and pay" button was still active while the money was already gone. This is a very misleading "dark pattern" interface.
Their customer service is only responding with bots and hasn't provided a human solution.
Be careful: they take your money before you even agree to the final payment! I demand a full refund as I have not used the service and did not authorize this transaction.
UPDATE: Anna, thank you for your reply. I have just sent a direct email to your support team with the subject line "ATTN: ANNA - Trustpilot follow-up (Remco)".
In that email, I included the screenshots proving that the "Confirm and Pay" button was still active while the money was already taken, and the "Subscription on hold" status.
Please check your system and process my refund immediately.
