We bought our playground a few years ago. The customer service was good when we did the purchase, but any requests for additional services after the initial purchase was not so great. For example. Requesting for a couple of wood boards to be replaced due to cracks after installation was tough to coordinate with the creative playthings staff and so much missed communication regarding sealing the playground. I recommend the playground, but I don't like how requests are handled to keep customers happy.

Ordered a swing set to be delivered and set up. When i got home to see the swing set it was missing pieces. I did get the pieces after all but you would think paying $4000 for a swing set that everything would be there day 1.

Great Job, they replaced parts under warranty that I did not even know were bad, re-stained and tightened it all up. The playscape looks like new!

I felt like creative playthings did a great job for us from start to finish. They were particularly helpful when I had to have the playset disassembled at the end of the season due to the installation of a pool. Everyone was courteous, cooperative and good with their follow through.

A beautiful quality swing set, it is absolutely worth it to pay a little extra and have them build it. I left with the kids at 8:30 a m and came back at noon, the swingset was finished and the Builder had left. I was able to surprise the kids. This is a great company to purchase from.

We have been waiting to add a playset for our backyard, eventually we got a great deal during the floor model clearance sale. They delivered and installed, so no pain on our part. Swingset is rock solid and my daughter is already having great deal of fun.

Great experience dealing with the Holliston store. They answered all my questions, got me prices, etc. We had many e-mails back and forth. However, picking up the slide in Millis was quite an adventure. The signage is awful and you cannot pull up close to the door.
