After doing my research, it was clear the Creative Scalps was the right place to go and I booked with Sammy. I can't fault the entire experience in any way. Great care, attention and service. Most importantly though, the end result looks exactly as good as I hoped it would when I first booked up. Very happy

If you're considering SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation), Creative Scalps is one of the top clinics in the UK. I highly recommend Marc, he's outstanding at both repairing previous SMP work and creating flawless results from scratch. Having said that, anyone in his team is also very good.

Hi after being self conscious of a lot of scarring on the back of my head I decided to see if there was some way of covering it up and that’s when I discovered SMP,Creative Scalps and Sammy. I went to my 1st appointment very apprehensive only to walk in and meet Sammy who put me at ease straight away.He let me speak and listened to what I was hoping for and only then did we discuss the way forward.The funny thing was I was kinda ok with my hair loss it was the scarring that was the issue and stated that I didn’t want total coverage I actually wanted to look still half bald and not the total transformation.So over 3 sessions and me getting braver and Sammy listening to my demands and talking me through the solution I finally ended up with a result that I’m more than happy with.It is worth mentioning that my wife I were happy with the results of all 3 sessions and my wife said I didn’t need sessions 2 and 3 but to me I did mainly because the sessions were not rushed but moved at the speed I requested so slowly building up the results I wanted.

I had a procedure on some scar tissue at the back of my head today and the results are fantastic. My procedure was carried out by Owen and the final outcome has far exceeded my expectations going in. The SMP blends in perfectly with the rest of my hair to create a real and full effect. I wholeheartedly recommended Creative Scalps to anyone considering SMP - 10/10.

I researched SMP over six months or more, but was concerned it would result in a one-size fits all, defined hairline, which I couldn't see as being age appropriate for me. However, once I saw Marc at Creative Scalps' videos on graded and receded hairlines, I knew this was what I was looking for.
A little bit more research informed me that Creative Scalps was the one to go to, as everyone said they're the best.
I spoke to Sara, who invited me down to see the results of SMP first-hand and close up, and I was extremely impressed, so booked to have Sammy carry out my procedure, on the spot.
Sammy is a brilliant SMP artist, and Marc and Sammy are definitely artists; way more than technicians; and I was blown away by the first of my three sessions.
Now, after having had my SMP completed in December '24, I am delighted with how it's transformed my appearance in such a subtle way, that, apart from my wife, nobody, and this includes close friends and family, has noticed what I've had done, but tell me I'm looking good these days, which at my age is a rare compliment!
If you're looking for SMP, then I couldn't recommend Creative Scalps any more highly.

Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Marc and the team were excellent in talking me through how they would fix a bad SMP procedure that I wasn't happy with. This included 1 laser session by Nicole, who was very reassuring and several sessions with Marc who is super skilled. Sara kept me informed throughout, the communication was great from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend, you won't be sorry. The nicest team, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
