Very disappointed
I ordered this beginning of June to allow plenty of time to arrive for my sons birthday this week. I was informed my order had been dispatched but it never arrived. I have chased this and told another would be sent to print but this was a week ago and have not received my order nor have I had any further correspondence to say a further copy was despatched despite sending a further email 2 days ago to ask for an update and query a refund. I am upset that this was my sons birthday gift and I will have to explain to him that it has not arrived and will likely have to re order somewhere else, however this will be after his birthday now.
