Use Toolstation instead - Screwfix/Trade UK overpriced.

Absolute waste of time use Toolstation instead.

As a genuine trader (with an existing Tradepoint account) I applied to this outfit for a trade card with a £500 limit, yet they refused to open me an account without rhyme or reason. I have trade accounts everywhere else.

To top it off, this 'Operations Manager' Victoria, snarkily finished off her email with:

"We look forward to seeing you in one of our Screwfix or TradePoint stores soon. Thank you for your custom."

Yea right!

And my team of engineers in my other capacity in a corp role, I'll be having them use Tool Station where possible. A proper organisation with competitive prices that has given me a trade account - and is usually more cost-effective regardless.
