Minus 2 stars

Minus 2 stars - that is what the mark shall be.
Their system does not allow me to log in with my valid password or with the code that I receive from them via my valid email that they have on file. Every time in addition their system still wants to send another code via phone. Plain stupid!! Never will use them again.

I cannot access my tax advance

I cannot access my tax advance. Customer Service keep saying a issue with the update/system and cannot give me much help on the matter. Going forward my taxes are in limbo messing with them. I supposed to keep checking my account with no direction. Will not use this platform again.

Inaccurate credit scores

Inaccurate credit scores. They don't update accordingly to what the credit bureaus actually have directly through them. They send emails with incorrect information in reference to your creditors report information. Terrible, inept, customer service reps. The "What's changed" section more often than not doesn't have the information to explain a drop or increase in your score.

Horrible Experience

Good luck trying to cancel your account. I've uninstalled the app and deleted every mention of it on my computer, but still get 15-20 email ads from them daily. I've tried everything yet these annoying ads persist.

Credit Karma a Money Spending Account…

Credit Karma a Money Spending Account which I've tried to apply for, for the last 2 to 3 years and I keep getting an error message every time saying sorry we hit a snag. Try to refresh to correct the problem. Which does not help. I spoke to a live agent via live chat and they're telling me it is due to not being able to verify my identity. And there's no way for them to verify me and they refuse to fix the problem.

Do not trust credit karma

Do not trust credit karma. They offered lower interest rates for refinancing a car loan. Rates and monthly costs were too good to be true. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit score. Liar liar

Discriminatory & poor customer service

Jósue deliberately terminated the live chat without providing a resolution.

Credit Karma discriminates against non-US born citizens and takes a typically ignorant view of the world.

I am a European who is legally resident in the US, have a SSN and pay taxes. Despite having a legally European driving licence and passport, Credit Karma blocks this ID and therefore discriminates against foreigners.

Completely useless

Completely useless. They use Vantage score which is not used by lenders for loan decisions. Constantly pushing their products and loan offers that are not likely to be approved. The most egregious is offering to lower payments. They offer to extend a car loan almost paid off by five more years at a lower monthly payment but an interest rate 13% higher than my current loan. Use Experian or another major bureau.

Couldn't log in to my account

Couldn't log in to my account for MONTHS, every time i got in touch with customer service they copied and pasted the same BS email response with no real help. And this past time when I reached out again, they decided to just deactivate my account because their customer service agents are too stupid to know how to help their customers

Unnecessary waste of time

Does NOT use FICO score.
Tools only useful for people with excellent credit, who don't need help in the first place. No offerings for people with marginal credit that that actually need help - such a specialty lenders for conxsolidation loans or transfer balance cards. Better off going to a credit counseling non-profit.

Click-Bait Intuit Poison

Maybe it's the curse of Intuit, but Credit Karma has turned to crap. The website use to be much more straight forward. Arrive there, see my scores right up front with a few pie charts, and done. Now you have to go through extra steps because they really want you there to sign up for credit cards. They're even using all kinds of email methods to get you to log in, like completely lying about your scores. For example, I just received some kind of BS congratulatory email that my score shot up like 132 points when in fact, it DROPPED 75 points because of a large CC purchase. Sleazy tactics. Hope they die off and take their scores with them.

Not able to access account.

Credit Karma, is holding my funds hostage. I terminated my cell phone carrier. Credit Karma will not allow me to access my account without a phone number, even tho it sends an access code to my email, it defaults to asking for a number again, it suck in a loop. Without a phone number. I can't make any purchase or ATM withdrawal to buy a new phone to access my account, I can't buy gas or food at the grocery store, it declines. When I do get someone on the phone, only to be put on hold and hung up on.

SCAM

First, they said no "hard credit pull". It was the first thing they did. We have very good credit, make excellent income, told by Credit Karma that we have an excellent chance of getting this card. Nope, Declined.
This looks like a SCAM to me.
Beware!!

constantly try to log on

constantly try to log on, now I dont get a code texted. Contact customer via email multiple times because a new address was added. They email back that I havent tried to contact them recently. It's nothing but a bot that has no intelligence. At least they have some offers for cards, but the logon and customer service is totally flaky. I have no choice but to ignore their warning emails, because there is nothing to be done.
