I love the fact you guys made it to…

I love the fact you guys made it to where I couldn't read the amount I had to pay and the date it was due I did it on my phone so I couldn't read it because the print was so fine that is terrible customer service

I Exceptional service

I had had the pleasure of speaking with a CreditNinja agent whose name was Gabby.
She explained the lending process to me and guided me through the application process and answered any and all questions that I had. CreditNinja is lucky to have such a competent and user-friendly employee.

I never thought I’d get that kind of help.

I never thought I’d get that kind of help. It helped so much. I’m a single Mom trying to care for my kids. These days things are so expensive including getting groceries. Gas is so much it is sometimes hard for me to get so I have to limit what I do. I was able to purchase things needed for my home. I appreciate the approval of 1500. Now to pay it back. Thank U.
