I'm not as old as I sound, but I'm really bad with computers and mess things up a lot. I was wanting to order a few things from the site and long story short I ended up placing the order before I was ready, and on top of that, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. It was something I had ordered for someone awhile back and the address was still in the system. I immediately emailed the company and explained what happened and they replied very quickly that they canceled the order for me and I just had to restart the order as I had asked them if I could do. It was excellent customer service, even though it was 100% my mistake. I was expecting it to be a big deal and I wasn't going to be mad about because I felt like a fool, but they made it so easy. So A++++++ for service, and as a side note, their products are excellent quality. Very very impressed with this company.

I feel if free shipping is offered, it is unfair and exploitive to charge a $50 upcharge to people in Alaska. It does not cost you anywhere near $50 to send the item. I had to pay more than the cost of the item in shipping. I promised a kid this item, but I won't buy anything from this company in the future.
