Very disappointed

I would not order from this company again. I have tried to contact
Them regarding an item that I purchased and need to return and the system would not accept my order number for return I did this in the timeframe given on their returns policy of 14 days

When I last left a review, a gentleman got back to me and said that they are not part of that company and that he would get in contact with them and get them to contact me which never happened. He also asked me to remove the review.

I am left with an item here that I cannot return regardless of three emails that I sent and Contact that I had made please be very careful when using the company if you want to return something. I have been trying to return this since the 23rd of March. !!! if nobody gets back to me, I will take further action

I had a great experience with my shopping with excellent customer service and managed to find some really nice bits,
I would highly recommend this place if your ever around in Manchester you must visit.
