with our buying process it has been quite difficult. lack of comunication mainly. we have been in the process for a year and were not even finished our reservation becuase of people now getting back fo us for months. i wouldnt of really minded but theres been no accountability for it or compensation. staff are just rude and dont speak to us in a nice manner and has made me not even want the house to be completely honest.

Been shown to the actual site and look at a build property. The team at sale office been informative about price and future upcoming plots.
Crest Nicholson is really popular in Bristol site and sold out quick. Been informed more than once about need to make decision quickly but no pressure. (no pressure anyways but okay). Feel like selling a house rather than selling a home.
It depends on the sales team i guess, as I had a lovely experience a couple of years ago in Bishop Waltham site. :)

Crest Nicholson specifically at Henley Gate have been fantastic, from explaining the process of part exchanging to keeping in contact during the process of moving. Although it’s still under way at time of writing, it makes this review very relevant of the experience we are having.
Everyone at the sales team Kelly and Daisy to name drop have been most helpful and made us feel at ease with the process. The quality of standards at Henley gate have also very impressed us hence why we are buying one their houses, from the build specification to now the snagging processes, you can see the time and effort made into providing us with a great new home.
Currently don’t have absolutely any faults for the experience and wouldn’t change anything about it. Been fab 🥳👍🏻

We have been extremely happy with our experience with Crest Nicholson, particularly the aftercare service since moving into our new home.
Any issues we have reported have always been taken seriously, investigated properly and resolved promptly to a very high standard. We have never once felt dismissed or ignored, which has made such a difference whilst settling into a new-build home.
The team who come out to carry out any repairs or adjustments have also been brilliant. They are always friendly, professional and clearly take great pride in their work. Every job has been completed to a very high standard and nothing ever feels rushed or inconvenient to them — they are always happy to help.
Lisa, the Customer Relations Manager, has been nothing short of amazing throughout. She is always approachable, reachable and genuinely happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her support, kindness and professionalism have played a huge part in helping us settle into our home so comfortably and with ease.
It is very reassuring to know that any concerns will be listened to and handled with care and attention. We truly couldn’t speak more highly of the aftercare we have received from Crest Nicholson and from Lisa specifically. Thank you for making what can sometimes feel like a stressful process such a positive experience!

Tadpole garden village is still far from completed after more than a decade and last year we got together and reviewed Crest as awful. Guess what we started to see action. A year on we are still having problems and the area is still a mess. Roads not finished. Verges a mess. While I’m on the subject why has no one sorted out the problem on Lalique Close where once again we are fighting to have the communal green cut. Every year, same problem. Sort it out please.
We are in the process of purchasing our new home with Crest Nicholson at Dalton Gardens Huddersfield, and everyone we have met so far from the Sales office Kate and Ruth to the foreman and builders have been so kind and accommodating, taking us step by step and helping us with any queries or problems and we couldn’t ask for any more of them and we just can’t wait to be able to settle in and enjoy our new journey that they have helped us with.

My French patio door lock broke, and I informed the customer relation manager, Lisa Britton, at Crest Nicholson in the morning. She responded immediately and arranged for the technician, Andy, to come and repair it.
Andy’s attitude and workmanship were excellent. He fixed the door promptly, which relieved my concerns about home security, and I am very grateful for his help. Not only did he solve the problem immediately, but he also recommended that the company responsible for maintaining the garden doors carry out a further inspection and replace the necessary parts.
Within less than two days, Lisa had already arranged for that company’s staff to visit and complete the inspection and replacement work. The whole issue was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the staff at Crest Nicholson. Lisa and Andy are among the most efficient, professional, and outstanding employees I have ever encountered.

We first started looking at Aspen Grange in Mid Janurary after another property we were looking at fell through. We were unsure at first but after Jo, Lucy and Sophie (who was covering) answered alot of our questions about things we could do after we move in (add a kitchen island etc) we decide to take the leap of faith.
We done a part exchange on our old house, which our estate agents were a bit pedantic over the Ts & Cs which Lucy Jo and Sam all resolved directly to avoid the stress on us.
At the point of reservation, our house was built and electrics fitted. We requested a few changes which although it had moved passed this stage of build, Jo and Lucy really went the extra mile to get what we really wanted (certain flooring) and pushed for additional extras (black electrical sockets, changing the shower, rear back garden light and boiling hot tap) they really have accommodated us as much as they were able too. They were so lovely throughout our whole experience and we felt in such safe hands.
I must also mention Rich and Teddy (site team) as they have gone above and beyond to make sure were happy with everything and been very accommodating, which we really appreciate.
The whole of the team has been extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. I cannot fault their Customer Service skills. They truly deserve a lot of recognition for what they have all done on behalf of Crest. We successfully moved in on 30th April without any delays, issues or hiccups.
The only bit of small constructive criticism is that anything you want to do after you move in pretty much voids warranty which we didn't find out until much later when we met Charlotte (customer relations manager)... when we were explaining what we were going to do post completion...
Changing a light - voids electrics
Relocating a radiator - voids plumbing
Getting a water softner - voids your boiler... and so on...
But equally if you ask Crest to not install the radiator or relocate it, they wont... so catch 22 either way.. Which does get quite frustrating when you just want to make your house a home...
However like I say I have given 5 * because of the overall exceptional customer service we've received and how smoothly the team at Aspen Grange have made the move.
