Popped into Silverburn on Saturday to purchase a couple of things . Firstly I’d like to thank the member of staff who helped me with my purchase , great old fashioned service with a smile and a bit of banter . Will definitely return to this boutique. Thanks again , Graham

Excellent communication throughout and earlier than expected delivery by Royal Mail.

Bought a nice deep red coloured sweat top (Product Code MXD002), good customer service and delivered promptly (amazing considering the courrier was Evri!).

Wore the top for 1 DAY and the internal lining started to disintegrate with bobbling and strands of material all over my shirt - I mean ALL OVER!

I'm returning the item and expect a full refund, but really annoyed that my relatively new shirt is now covered in red fluff and I know I will not be able to get all of it off and when it goes through the wash I will have a off-white (ok - pink) shirt...

All because Crew Clothing use cheap fabrics.

Shop elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

Parcel delivery by Evri was poor
Driver didn't deliver to the door and left it outside so was soaking wet

No issues with ordering and delivery however quality of product was poor.Unfortunately the stitching on the logo was coming apart and threads where loose and visible

I waited in for parcel but it was delivered to No.11 by mistake! My neighbour kindly brought it to me. We have very bad service from Evri in this area, with lots of my friends & neighbours complaining, that the delivery driver never waits for you to answer the door & leaves parcels outside, which very often get wet! Lots of complaints have been sent to Evri, but nothing changes!
Prefer not to use this service if possible.

My order got lost in transit and the service I got from Customer Care was second to non. Within 2 days I received my order. And as usual I was delighted with my choice.

It has been 9 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received it. I contacted customer service to request a cancellation, but they were unable to process it and advised me to continue waiting. Unfortunately, they could not provide any estimated timeframe for when my order would arrive or how much longer I would need to wait. The service has been extremely disappointing, and based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I found these on your site for £41.95 (ish) I them put them in my basket but it would only register as £55. One week later, before I had even received the short, I received a sale notification with 40% off at £33.
You cannot blame me for being dissatisfied

I have ordered from Crew a few times and find the quality of clothing to be very good with good offers at times. Delivery was free over £50 and items delivered on time and efficiently by Royal Mail. Would order again from Crew and would recommended to others

My CCC sweatshirt has just arrived and I am delighted with it. Who knows what to wear in this strange weather we're having. A light layering option is very 6useful.

Terrible customer service from the call centre and who knows how long I will have to wait for my refund? the worst part is, THE ORDER PLACED ITSELF!
Yes, that's right, the site is making orders on its own on my credit card.
Avoid at all costs

To explain: I did an order, clicked it through, but no confirmation came and then it disappeared, so a couple of days later, I did a second one. confirmed, all done, fine.
Four days after the confirmation came for the second one, a confirmation came for the first one!

I returned most of the second order to store, but I am waiting for the refunds and I am waiting for the first order, which resurrected itself, to arrive, so that I can return that. I will need to take time off work to do that and wait who knows how long for the refund and possibly have to pay interest.
Meanwhile, Crew has £694.55 of MY MONEY and I have only £112 worth of clothes!
I think this counts as the definition of DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
I asked them to call me back with an explanation and some sort of apology, but they didn't, so I thought I should warn everyone.

Easy site to use excellent quality t shirts and polos 100% cotton good prices for the quality of clothing.and a great fit.

I made a mistake on an item which was in the sale. When I wanted to return but reorder the item was no longer in the sale. I spoke to customer services - notably a lovely lady called Annie who could not have been more helpful in getting my issue resolved. Her helpful and professional attitude absolutely made my day. Seriously impressed. Thank you
