Crewe Tree Surgeon also trading as North West Trees and Stumps trimmed my neighbours tree which also stands partly on my garden. The team who came drank boddington’s whilst working and subsequently drive home afterwards. They put all of their rubbish in our garden bin!! They completely ruined my border, I have broken plants and one of my shrubs which has been establishing itself for three years has been decimated. They have trampled all over my plants. They went on my land without asking permission. I spoke to the owner who initially apologised for his employees causing criminal damage, he asked me to send photos which I did including photos of the empty boddingtons box and cans and the fact that they had also somehow made two of my fence panels lean. He asked me what I would be looking for to rectify the situation and I asked for compensation to purchase new plants. His response was that his employees had to use ladders to complete their job and basically any tree bits left behind and damage was inevitable. Basically I am left with a ruined garden!!!
I wrote a legal letter to the Crewe address and the letter was returned as undeliverable… speaks volumes
