No Fuss leggings
No problems with service but No Fuss Leggings were very disappointing. This is the fourth pair I've bought over the last six years or so. The material must have changed since it's far more lightweight, slightly see through and just feels like poorer quality. This pair are also smaller than previous pairs despite being apparently the same size, and the fit is not the same, loose around the ankles. I'm glad I bought them in the sale, at £30 I can live with it but if I'd bought at the full price, they'd be returned. A real shame because I've absolutely loved all my previous pairs.

I use Crewroom seat for kayaking
I use Crewroom seat pad for kayaking. Only seat I have found that is remotely comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend it.

I requested and paid for two hats
I requested and paid for two hats, only one was sent and it was received dirty. While you have a wonderful product, clearly you are struggling with distribution issues.

Unfortunately we had a new member of staff shipping on that day and she took product from the event incoming stock rather than from our shop inventory. She also only sent you one product.
I believe you were looked after by customer service straight away and the hats were dispatched same day.
