My shoes were sewn together improperly. I recieved them and didnt open them right away. After opening I realized they were messed up reached out to the company they denied my return bcuz it was past 15 days.

Great experience, they truly are exceptional! I had place the order and my CC had my address and I forgot to put the shipping address, I emailed CR03 and they replied in less than an hour. They let me know they updated the shipping address, I was super happy and when my daughter received her shoes on TIME even more satisfying, I recommended and continue to buy from CR03!!!

I ordered shoes for my daughter birthday they say the shoes was delivered but I never received the shoes. I was suppose to sign for the shoes but no signature was signed. I contacted the merchant via email no response I contacted shipping company DHL and they have an open investigation for the shipment. I really believe it’s the shipping company fault in this situation.

I placed an order for some shoes and when tracking the order, it says that my order has been delivered to New York but I live in the UK, I have tried to contact them through their website and email but have received no response,

I had to Dm there instagram to get a new tracking number but the than the initial bad service concerning the tracking number everything else was straight forward. Size is a bit bigger than expected but they are very comfortable and come as shown.

when i got my shoes, they came exactly like the picture. quality is amazing. their so cute and everybody needs some cant lie. also they were the perfect size, didn’t need to size up or size down just perfect.

Never received my
Shoes. They were delivered to the wrong address , delivery service couldn’t find the package and told me to contact the company. I did and they said they’d fix it and get back to me. I never heard from them again and all my emails

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. They are a scam! First of all, they never stated that they only sold men shoes. I read the return policy before I placed the order and it said return unworn product as long as it's in the condition you received it and within 15 days of the delivery date. I order the shoes compatible to my daughter's size and they were extremely too big. Requested a return and they refused and closed the sight.

Paid $318 for two pair, had to send them back because they only sell men’s sizes. Was told there was a $49 shipping fee and somehow was only refunded $220, a complete scam. Never again. Do not purchase.
