Don’t deliver and don’t communicate
No communication. Delivery not made. When I called they said they would call back but never did. Wouldn’t trust them.

We are sorry that you did not receive the best of service from our company. We did try to call you on a number of occasions before you placed this review - including leaving a voicemail to inform you of the delay to your order being dispatched due to an issue with our couriers.
Your order was subsequently dispatched on Friday several hours after we left you a message. I have also discussed with the staff that in future if there are any delays to update the customers immediately.
We take our reviews seriously and thank you for bringing to our attention this issue which has now been rectified.

They lost my order
They lost my order - I am now awaiting replacements. Not sure why they would ask for my review before actually delivering anything! They were at least suitably apologetic.
