Great product, but delivery could be improved
I knocked off one star purely due to the delivery experience. The driver left my parcel right by the main entrance without ringing the doorbell or attempting to contact me. Luckily, I was tracking the status online and ran downstairs as soon as it marked "delivered." If I hadn't been checking, the parcel could easily have been stolen.
Everything else was great.

Ordered some small 3mm cap head screws for a project on the 27th August, half of the order was delivered on the 1st Setember,
I wrote an email to Cromwells and received a reply to look on the web site for delivery information, which i did, and it didnt give me any further information, i emailled explaing this, but to recieve another email saying we are looking into this, but nothing since, i emailled again with all of the details of the order, and still no reply with any action to resolve the issue of the remaining half of the delivery. it is now the 6th of September

I also tried to contact you by telephone personally to discuss your experience and apologise, however I was unable to reach you. Following your cancellation request, I can see that a full refund was processed promptly and confirmation was sent shortly afterwards.
