BEWARE! Ordered 4 pairs of Crosshatch cargo jeans size 34W 32L from different sellers, trying to get the correct size all have arrived 30” Leg and have been returned, Crosshatch labelling is rubbish so will not buy anymore Crosshatch products.

Rubbish sizing cost me £5 - try at your own risk
Bought a pair, sent them back - terrible unrealistic size.
I tried for exchange, but got just a refund; no comms, no credit, nothing.
So left £5 out of pocket.

Awful trainers and customer service
I ordered the Nimbus trainers directly from crosshatch. Ordering was smooth, delivery was pretty prompt but the actual product is terrible.. I had read some reviews prior to ordering and for the price I didn't expect trainers of superior quality, but I did expect value for money. Well I didn't get it. The trainers are smaller than your normal branded trainer size, there's are stupidly long for a "sock type trainer" but the worst thing is the sole.. It's like rice paper.. I'd hoped to use them for summer trainers, but after wearing them to my local shop twice, the soles have almost disintegrated. I didn't expect ghem to last years but I expected longer than 2 x 1 mile walks. I don't scuff my feet when I walk and I've not even tried wearing them for longer than the above.. I've contacted their "customer service" but after 2 emails I've heard zero from them. I tried calling twice and didn't even get through..
So I wouldn't advise buying trainers from them and if you buy anything else and there's an issue, don't expect any customer service..

We aim to turn round customer emails within two hours during quieter periods so you would have heard from us soon after getting in touch if we had received this. The same for customer calls - we aim to answer the calls within 5 rings so I am surprised you couldn't get through. We do not receive many calls so are always available to take them. I apogise if this wasn't the case when you called.

Thank you for your review. I have investigated this issue and can see you purchased the items in November 2022 but only contated us about this in June. We would recommend that you always check online orders as soon as they are received to ensure there are no faults due to the timeline of companies accepting returns. In our case it is 6 months.

2 fold ....recently bought a Body…
2 fold ....recently bought a Body warmer and the quality is great and i really like wearing it comfortable etc however i am a disabled person (i only have a left hand) and with a lot of clothing the internal pocket is on the left side making it extremely awkward if not impossible to put things into it while wearing can i strongly suggest that a pocket on the right side also or have jackets with left internal pockets and or right internal thanks

Size of 2XL is so small will never buy again. I now have 5 t-shirts purchased from M&M direct. I will simply take them to the charity shop. I would say the size is really Large not 2XL.

Absurd Sizing, poor quality
Purchased 4 crosshatch XXL Tshirts from Trago Mills in Liskeard. All 4 Tshirts had stitched label size as XXL but the crosshatch tag said XL. On inspection all 4 Tshirts are completely different sizes the smallest being 8 inches different from the largest and the largest measuring a standard L only. Absolutely useless and clearly very poor quality.

If these were mis-sized and not as per the Crosshatch sizing guide on our website then you would have every reason to return them to the shop you purchased these from to ask for a refund or an exchange, subject to their returns policy. Poor quality out of shape clothing…
Poor quality out of shape clothing that's reduced to get rid. Then when you try the product on and discover it's rubbish ill fitting tat it's your responsibility to pay to return goods.
AVOID!
In response to your reply I didn't expect skinny fit just a pair of normal fitting jeans. Unfortunately the pair provided were not that. Also if p+p was included in the sale price I would have no problem in paying for the return, but I had to pay both ways. 🙁
Poor quality jeans that will make expensive cloths.

Hi Steven, I'm sorry you feel this way. Thank you for providing your order number as it has enabled me to investigate. I know you got in touch with the CS Team prior to writing this as you were disappointed that the jeans were not a skinny fit, especially around the knees.
As my colleague explained at the time, the style of the jeans you ordered was not a skinny fit but a slim fit which meant that they were not designed to be tight around the leg.
We were happy to refund you for these but unfortunately we could not get a pre-paid postage label authorised to return them as your issue did not fall within our faulty goods policy.
I hope this further clarifies our position in regards to this matter.
