They checked everything carefully and explained the problem clearly. The service was quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Crossley Tyre to anyone looking for a trustworthy tyre shop. 👍
My son was visiting friends in Castleford last night and his car had a 'blow out' on one of its front tyres. This morning I went to his rescue to replace the damaged tyre, but not knowing any tyre fitting companies locally I chose Crossley Tyres Co, via the internet, as they were the nearest workshop to my son's car. At the workshop I met a pleasant and helpful young gentleman called Spencer. Spencer could not be more helpful to resolve my plight. He immediately found a reasonably priced replacement tyre and fitted it immediately for me despite he and his colleagues were busy working on other jobs. I cannot praise this young man's customer relationship skills; patient, cheerful demeanour and went the 'extra' mile to help the customer. I have since found out this workshop is a family business and from my interaction with Spencer I can honestly say a family run business has an edge over the larger corporate businesses. His family should be justifiably be proud of this young man and his young colleagues' effort today. Well done!
