The guidance through the investment…
The guidance through the investment process was logical und clear for me to follow. The possibility to rethink and get out of the investment decision is also a good feature.
Great platform for discovering under-the-radar opportunities
Crowdcube has improved noticeably in recent years. The UI feels much cleaner and more intuitive, and the overall investment flow has become far more streamlined and easy to navigate.
Four crowdfunded investments so far and I am very happy with the site.
The platform makes it simple to discover interesting under-the-radar opportunities and invest without unnecessary friction. Overall, a very user-friendly experience that has clearly evolved in the right direction.
Very easy and simple payment.

Basically easy and straight forward to invest, it’s all it needs to be!
Concerns with payment process
I would have given 4 or 5 stars as the process of investing was very easy and there's a wide range of investment portfolios to chose from. However, I made a one-off investment payment but when I checked my bank statement, it's showing as a recurring payment which my bank confirmed was processed as a subscription that I never signed up for. I have reported it to Crowdcube who were very prompt at replying and reassured me that my payment isn't for a subscription and that they will look into it. I haven't received a reply to confirm why my payment was processed as a recurring payment but the experience hasn't left me feeling confident to want to continue using Crowdcube as an investment tool. Apart from that, my overall experience was very good so the payment issue is disappointing.

Easy to invest and good information on the company and opportunity.

Additional payment options
I would very much welcome the possibility to do a wiretransfer. As paying by credit car larger sums of money always is painful, as bank restricts bigger sums and you have to beg to be able to do larger sums and this comes with delays.
Especially when the raise of money can come with limited slots and a timely pressure to be amongst the lucky few, you need to offer the possibility of doing instant bank transfers.
Very limited availability of company…
Very limited availability of company information and unclear understanding of what circumstances the investment will go through.
