As a commercial property manager I deal with a lot of Utility Companies and Crown & Gas is by far the most helpful and efficient. Lucy Bird in particular helped us update our invoices and billing details very efficiently.

Excellent, thorough and caring customer service. Investigations and solutions were offered on every contact made and were immediate. I cannot recommend their customer service more highly.

Mohammed Sajid was very helpful in sorting out my problem. He emailed & called me to keep me updated,I am grateful for his input.

We inherited a wrong switch to Crown Gas and they put us on deemed contract. We had to push them to charge us the agreed contracted price.
I will not say that all whom I dealt with were helpful but they do listen! Sharon was kind to listen and changed to contracted price after my representation.
Particularly Mohammed as been very helpful and has done a great job! He is a great asset to the company.

Natalie Knight is my credit controller. She is very helpful at providing invoices and statements when needed. She is easy to talk to and very professional.

Oh boy! What a breath of fresh air. We were with another company who were shoddy and absolutely terrible before changing over to Crown Gas & Power and it's actually a pleasure to be able to speak to someone straight away, get any queries sorted out straight away and to have a commonsense and real approach to commercial energy. Lucy is fantastic and is always on hand when I need someone :) Shame there is only 5 stars as they deserve 10.

Shanice has helped me every year at renewal and is super efficient. It's so nice to have a consistent and helpful contact. Refreshing, and far better than you get with other companies!

Mohammed Sajid dealt with our energy transfer in a very professional and courteous way and always kept me informed as to progress and was happy to communicate by telephone rather than email which is a plus these days, a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to Simon B he was very helpful and resolved my query straight away working with suppliers can sometimes be tricky not with Simon at Crown he was straight on the case also followed up with an email for the client excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from billing & credit control departments. Single point of contact for each dept with prompt helpful responses. Problem resolved quickly, with no issues.

I sent in a wrong meter reading and received an enormous bill. CG&P dealt with the issue quickly and with no issues. They are very polite and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
