Crownhill Garden Furniture delivered our pergola exactly when they said they would. We arranged to have it erected and fitted to the patio. The fitting team, Greg and Jack did a fantastic job. They expertly erected the pergola and advised us of the best position for various controls. They removed all rubbish and cleaned the area after they had finished. They then replaced all the patio furniture for me,Greg and Jack are an excellent, experienced team who can be relied on to get the job done without any supervision. Thank you.

Crownhill what can we say, wish we had found them first before buying our pergola from another company, their customer service was fantastic, Kim & Lee helped us throughout the process & even advised of what we didn't need, no hard sell....we paid to have the installation, well worth it, Greg & Jack put our open air pergola together, louvre panel erected and privacy screen, it would have take us days, very professional guys and so helpful

We’ve just had our Nova titan 4x3m pergola with blinds installed by Greg and Jack, and we couldn’t be any happier.
Starting with the order itself, Kim was excellent taking us through the product and optional extras. The order placed was really good value with a free patio heater added as a bonus. Kim was extremely responsive and promptly answered any questions we had.
The delivery and installation was coordinated by Lee who gave us the earliest convenient delivery and install date to us.
Then we had the pergola built and setup by Greg and Jack who were equally excellent. They were both extremely friendly and took the time to explain the options we had for the installation. Once installed they talked us through how to use and care for the product before clearing and taking all packaging materials away.
Summary - extremely happy with the whole transaction, thank you again.

Absolutely brilliant all round customer service , from initial enquiry speaking to Kim . To me changing my order 24 hours before delivery where Lee got back to me . No delay in install date , Greg + Jack install team very knowledgeable lads . Put pergola up took all packaging away , showed us how it worked advised us best place for heater . Found the Titan 4 x 3.6 pergola on their website and made some enquiries. Very competitively priced but more important was the customer service from the initial enquiry through to the installation spearheaded by a very knowledgeable and patient Kim. Gregor & Lukasz have just finished putting our 6mx3.6m nova titan pergola up it’s absolutely fabulous we love it. Bless them they drove all the way to Northumberland (5 hours) then do 6 hours work and then drive another 5 hours back home. They have done an amazing job and were so tidy whilst working. Would highly recommend this company and Gregor & Lukasz. Next step our outdoor kitchen to be installed. Can’t wait to use this pergola to its full potential!!

I was looking for an aluminium pergola that would fit on my existing patio and the THOR 4M x 2.6M was perfect.
Kim and her husband were very helpful throughout the ordering and our visit to their showroom.
There was a delay from initial quoted delivery date but this was out of Crownhill's hands and Kim and Chloe kept me updated throughout.
I would definitely recommend the installation service - Greg and Jack were very professional and knowledgeable and made the process look simple.

We were looking for an aluminum pergola, with all the thorough search over the internet, we found the crownhill garden furniture offers an aluminum pergola at a competitive pric. To be honest, i think they have the best price for aluminum pergola. At the showroom, Kim was very helpful discussing the titan and even the furnitures. She answered all our queries expertly. With the assembly of the pergola, Greg and Jack were very kind and nice. Greg and Jack were experts in building pergola, and helped us make the best decision for where/ which side the louvre will face.

Had our pergola fitted by Greg and Jack this morning, they were on time, really friendly and nice to deal with. They got the job done in 2 hours, took all the rubbish with them and made no fuss. Would highly recommend

We recently ordered the Bramblecrest Tetbury mini corner sofa set. We received delivery and installation today. The whole experience couldn’t have gone any better. Delivery was well within the time stated. Delivery guys were very polite, helpful, efficient and had the whole set assembled in no time at all and the site cleared of all packaging. The furniture looks amazing and of good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from Crownhill again.

Ordered pergola, screens & garden heater from them. From the very first phone call they gave advice, were super helpful and flexible with fitting. Was delivered within two weeks and fitted on a Sunday to ensure we got it quicker. Made the whole process stress free. A pleasure to deal with and a good old fashioned family business that answers the phone. Rate these days. Will recommend to family & friends

I write this review with great disappointment in the customer service from this company. We have spent £1000’s of pounds with this company in purchasing garden furniture 3 years ago and now more recently a pergola. After having the pergola fitted we asked if another screen (£600) could be ordered and fitted and whilst it’s something they don’t normally do they were going to honour it albeit we were paying for the delivery and fitting anyway. Was told approximately four weeks for it to be fitted and now the four weeks have past they have said it will now be 7 weeks. We felt this was not acceptable so I called the showroom. A ‘work experience’ (as I was later led to believe) took my details and I asked for them to just repeat my number back so I knew it was correct and could someone call me back today and I didn’t see a problem with that.
Kim called, who had been dealing with the order from the start immediately became very aggressive, speaking over me and after I asked to speak to Lee (partner) who arranges the deliveries, she said he would not speak to me. Kim said she would speak to him tomorrow as he’s coming in to the showroom so I said we can come down and speak to him to try and sort this out. She relayed this wronged message to him as that I was coming down to ‘threaten him’.
Lee then subsequently called and was shouting down the phone to my husband about me!
On no account did I ever and have never ever threatened anyone in my life. I simply wanted to understand why someone can take £600 off a customer with promises to deliver and then keep pushing back the timeline for delivery. So I took the call. The abuse thrown back in my face was shocking. Lee saying that he works 7 days a week and is tired. Sorry but that is what happens when you own your own business but to speak and treat customers like that isn’t going to draw customers in! Kim then took over the conversation as I requested a refund, I then said I would leave a review as I feel that would only be fair. Kim’s response was that she would come back hard and fast on my review if I did!! Every 1 star and 2 star reviews show how aggressive they can be!
She then said as it was now 1 minute past their closing time she would call me tomorrow for the refund. I said no I request it now with which she put the phone down on the desk. Lee then picked it up and said he would refund immediately. If this is how these people go about running a business no wonder they are stressed. We are also extremely busy business owners and certainly do not treat our customers like this. Customers are the foundation of our business, they are our bread and butter!

UPDATE - Further to the companies reply, they have totally turned the story around and untrue. However, they have accepted they made a mistake but we will not be dealing with them again nor recommending them to anyone. Going forward we have now purchased the screen from another company who has delivered and fitted it all within a week and has acted professionally right from the start.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!
We purchased an aluminium pergola, and to our surprise, it arrived a whole week earlier than expected! Communication was flawless – we even got a friendly call the day before to confirm the delivery and installation time.

Greg and Jack were simply fantastic – polite, friendly, and incredibly professional. They worked so efficiently that by the time they finished, we were already enjoying our morning coffee under the pergola on the patio. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly!

Ordered Sunday installed Friday. You cannot ask for a quicker turnaround. The people on the end of the phone when ordering where brilliant,polite and very knowledgeable. We went with a 3.6mx3m pagola in grey. This also came with a Brucey bonus of a free 87inch pyramid heater(choice of silver or black). Went with black this was worth £300 in itself again a high quality product. The chaps who installed Gregor and Lukast where excellent and respected our property from start to finish lovely guys, and did a great job.
