From the initial quote through to the installation, everything was done in a professional and efficient manner. Our requirements were catered for and they were very diligent in the measurements and surveys.
The installation process was much less obtrusive than expected and the internal finish was very tidy meaning that there was almost no decorating for me to do.
Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and feel we got very good value for our investment.

I found the work guys to be very polite good at there job nice guys and nothing was too much trouble.would definitely use them again! The operations Manager Don was very pleasant and we had a laugh and a joke very nice guy! Also the salsas manager was a helpful guy Would recommend Crown to anyone, very very pleased with my Conservatory 👍👍

Quick quote all done on line. Surveyor came on time to check all was good to go. Installation went without a hitch. Very pleasant man installed. Neat and tidy workman.

The service was very good. The fitters turned up on time, were very professional & cleaned up nicely before leaving. They noticed that there were 2 small scratches on the windows & arranged for the glass to be replaced a week later. We're very happy with the look & quality of the windows 🪟 & doors 🚪

Recently had a set of five bifold doors fitted as part of a kitchen refurbishment. The showroom staff were first rate and explained various aspects of the product and were lovely to deal with. The doors were delivered really promptly and the guys on-site were fantastic. The doors are great and could not be more pleased with the service we received. In fact popped in today on a separate matter and again… great service and warmth from the staff. Well done all… it counts!!

We had a replacement conservatory built on top of an existing low wall. From beginning to end the whole experience was straight forward. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. The two fitters were brilliant. Very efficient, neat and really quick. We are very pleased with our new conservatory and the smooth opening door and windows. Thank you.

When shopping around for a small conservatory for my husband's 80th birthday, Crown's name came up again and again so it was an easy decision to go with them.
From the start, they were a pleasure to work with. Gary designed a sun room that looks as if it were designed with the house. All staff were prompt, courteous and sensitive - until my husband was given the plans, they even parked down the road so the vans wouldn't give the game away! And the construction workers relaid some of the original path bricks to create a narrow path around the room. The site was left clean and tidy daily.
Since it was built last year, it's been in almost daily use - it's like sitting in the garden with added protection. Only on the dullest, coldest days has it not been used.
An added and unforeseen bonus is that, on clear nights, it's perfect for star/moon gazing! We couldn't be more pleased and shall definitely use Crown again.

We needed new windows and doors at our property, and went to Crown. Our enquiry was handled by Brian who showed us the vast choice for what we wanted. Once we'd decided, an appointment was made to measure up and the order was confirmed and a date given for installation, just a few weeks later. On the day of installation, Dave and Ryan arrived and set about the task of completing it within the agreed time scale. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for windows, doors or conservatories. The customer service throughout is second to none, and the fitters, Dave and Ryan, were superb.
