A Very Professional Company
From initial visit to fitting, we have been very impressed with CRSmith in terms of quality of product, (windows and doors) and their customer service. Today, Alex and Raif fitted a new back door. They were prompt, friendly and tidy. Later that afternoon, Ben, the sales representative, revisited to ensure we were happy with the installation. Which we were.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had my windows replaced by CR Smith last week and I can honestly say they were absolutely brilliant! From start to finish they took great care to keep me involved with every part of the job!
From the appointment with the surveyor I was kept up to speed on every part of the job. The workmen were extremely kind and very tidy the whole way through the work and kept me up to date on what room would be done first to the final window that would be finished.
I love the windows what a difference it makes, the old sash and case windows were the original ones and were badly needing changed. I am so pleased I chose CR Smith they were a pleasure to have doing a wonderful job. Thank You

After trying to get my windows quoted for fixing with different companies, CR Smith was the most professional and reliable company on their services and quotation. They showed up in time for evaluation, gave me the price in the same moment and scheduled the service for 2 weeks later.
