A disgrace in delivery indiustrial

I have never seen such a bad delivery services offered. Not only did the delivery delayed, but also the people doing delivery are the worst ever met. After this delivery, I will check with the shop to ensure that the merchandise is not delivered by CRST. If any store use CRST, I will never order shipping from them again.

A delivery company that doesn't deliver

The delivery driver Darius called me and refused to come to my house, said that I would have to either meet him 30 minutes away or he was taking it back to the warehouse since it was already 4:30pm and he "didn't want to drive another hour". Keep in mind my husband and I were home all day due to this delivery and was told the delivery window was 10-2pm. I told him I wouldn't drive an hour round trip because I had paid a delivery fee already. He essentially told me it wasn't his problem and refused delivery. I called their dispatch and they said they would handle it. They didn't. Ikea sent me a notice that I would need to re-schedule delivery. I contacted customer service told them what happened and they didn't care just said they would pass it along. They told me the next delivery date was October 8 (2 MONTHS AFTER MY ORDER). I told them that was unacceptable and that I was willing to go get it from the warehouse if they reimbursed my delivery fee. They said that wasn't an option. The driver was extremely rude and incompetent. I have had hundreds of deliveries to my house and never had an issue until now. Use a different company, they are not worth it.

Extremely undependable and shabby company

They have not delivered on any of their delivery dates. I paid for assembly from IKEA but shipment was incomplete so i/2 could not be assembled. Second 1/2 of delivery should be today but when track, says complete. Have not received my bookshelf and cannot track it. currently waiting on IKEA supervisor to call.

Damaged motorcycle and wouldn't pay

Shipped a motorcycle through federal transport which contract with CRST and they damaged the paint and refused to pay for the damage. So much for the $15k damage Insurance. Not a reliable or trust worthy company.

Title: A Nightmare Delivery Experiencee zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. has been nothing short of a nightmare. Ikea entrusted this company to deliver my order, and I cannot fathom how CRST is still in business with such a lack of professionalism and reliability.

Here’s a timeline of my ordeal:

November 2, 2024: Part of my order arrived, but the most crucial items were missing. CRST failed to notify me or Ikea of any issues in advance.
November 9, 2024: The delivery was scheduled, and my mother waited at my house all day for nothing. No one showed up, and I received no explanation.
November 23, 2024: Another no-show. I was told conflicting stories about whether CRST even had my items.
December 7, 2024: Delivery failed yet again, with the excuse that the driver couldn’t board the ferry—even though there were plenty of available spots visible online.
December 21, 2024: This was the most frustrating experience yet. I received multiple delivery window updates throughout the day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., then 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., then 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and finally 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. The delivery never happened, and CRST sent a message to reschedule instead.
Each time, I contacted customer service and was given vague, unhelpful responses. The communication between CRST, Ikea, and their drivers is nonexistent. The blame was constantly shifted, leaving me, the customer, to pick up the pieces.

What’s most appalling is that CRST doesn’t seem to care about the impact of their failures. I’ve been paying extra storage fees for months because I can’t organize my supplies until this order is completed.

CRST’s inability to deliver on time—or at all—has completely overshadowed my Ikea purchase and turned a celebratory occasion into an ongoing ordeal. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and a poor choice for any delivery service.

I strongly urge Ikea and other retailers to reconsider their partnership with CRST. Customers deserve better.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Don't order anything from best buy. They outsource all their installation and delivery to this company called CRST home solutions who also deserve 0 stars who themselves outsource all their installation to smaller subcontractors who never show up. It's been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my tv to be delivered and installed. I was supposed to get this done 3 weeks ago. They had scheduled multiple appointments but did a no show all the time. Despite all this all they have to offer is a $60 giftcard for inconvenience. Never ever order anything from best buy or work with CRST unless you like wasting hours and hours talking to their customer support team based overseas who are of no help either. Do business with a local smaller store instead and save yourself from all the hassle.

They promised a delivery date and then night before just over text changed delivery times and they said deal with it , stay away Home Depot and ikea in new Jersey use them so rethink before buying something to be delivered from them

ATROCIOUS Company

Bad DM management people working, who do not know what they are doing, cannot get in contact with your DM when needed, do not get paid on time, a few times they have missed paying me, pay per milage sucks, you better off working at Wendys at least you would get paid and get to go home at the end of the day, very poor communication between DM & drivers, sometimes the company gas card declines at the gas station, sometimes they make you pay of pocket for things like gas for the truck and then have a hard time reimbursing you for it....these are just some of the things that make this not a good company to work for.

Worst delivery service

If I could give negative I would. We ordered a large product from Costco that was shipped with CRST. The driver contacted me the day of the delivery and was horribly rude because I didn’t answer his call immediately, then he refused to drive into our housing addition although we were supposed to have curb side delivery. We live in an upscale addition with a well maintained gravel road. We have had multiple deliveries by semi truck with no problem and there is a turnaround at the end of the road. He stated he couldn’t navigate around curves. After dealing with his horribly rude and loud excuses we finally had to borrow a trailer and meet him in another town in order to get our spa. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Neglecting

Very poor costumer service poor to its finest I had to call them on and on asking them what’s going on with my application a very Neglecting Staff in my personal experience , I am trying to get a schooling contract program , and work for them for 1 year and I am the one to constantly call them and remind them that when do I start ,! When I see lack of professionalism I am sure it’s even more horrible to work for them

They will kick you out of the truck…

They will kick you out of the truck like a dog, just anywhere on the street. They have you run two log books because they want the trucks going 24/7 and they will rip you off bigtime for pay and I had tp wait over 6 months before I was able to make it home. They allow harassment and identity theft
