I was trying to forget about the awful service i recieved but crucial keep asking me to leave a review so here it is.
I placed an order for some ram, waited 2 weeks nothing came, checked my bank money was never taken. Placed another order and this time i accidentally used autofill and that chose my delivery address to an old house. I contacted immediately and they said they cant change or cancel the order even tho the money had yet to be taken. So then i placed another order correctly and waited a few hours and called back up to make sure they know i only need 1, the 2nd person i spoke to cancelled my error order without any issue.
Im done with customer service, nobodg has decent service anymore

The purchase was easy, the product arrived immediately. A very good product, like all of the brand.
I purchased a SSD chip drive and a SSD 2.5 in. The chip drive came with screws, the 2.5 in drive did not. Would have been nice to include mounting screws instead of having to find screws to mount the new drive.

The lead time was a little too much but shipping went nice and smooth. Awesome product.
Order process was easy, but there was a delay which was quickly communicated. The delay was minor and memory part arrived. Part was installed and works 100%. Very reassuring website for ordering. I recommend Crucial..
The memory was a great price! Delivery to a bit but im not sure where it started from.
I used to rate Crucial highly until buying a USB SSD drive, a X9. Ordered in December 24 it never worked well. Went through support start of January and gave up returning it to them on as a REM on the 8th January. After number of emails where the support person appears to have actually done nothing apart from saying the X9 was likely lost. On a chat told give them further 24/48hrs. This is now into the 2nd month with no working X9 and really still no idea as to when they will do anything. Two lessens should have rejected the XP as soon as problem and don’t trust the returns of Crucial.
One hope is after chat this morning been told a replacement order been done. But no email on it yet but if it takes as long as the original one it will be 2 months since I ordered a X9 to actually getting (I hope) a working one.

I had been given a competitors set of 32gig of ram, I could not get it to work. I went to Crucial and they recommended the set I purchased. and they worked right out of the package and I decided to increase my RAM to 64 gig, I bought another pair and they were recognized and worked right out of the box as well. I always highly recommend Crucial and how well they match your MB or System to their RAM. Easy Peasy to do.

Everything went very well from the ordering of the memory to the installation.
I was able to find exactly the right RAM for my wife's desktop PC with the search tool. Typed in info from the current RAM stick it came with. The RAM arrived right about when you said it would. Installed it and it's working just fine.
Product arrived packaged well and the memory so far is working perfectly and has increased perfomance of the Lenovo Windows 11 PC which now has 64G of Ram
Ordered an SSD on 15/01 and used Paypal at checkout. Twice the payment has gone through, Paypal took the money then my order got immediately cancelled. The third time I used credit card payment and there was no cancellation message. Why is Paypal listed at checkout if not working?
Got an e-mail but no links to view my order. Customer Services have no e-mail address. The chat bot wouldn't let me talk to an advisor as apparently my order didn't exist!
Two days later on 17/01 the order was still unavailable to view, Customer Services told me on the phone it takes 48 hours to process orders.
Drive arrived a week and a half later on 24/01 from the Czech Republic. There was no warning of delivery time.
Could've bought the drive on Amazon cheaper and with 2-day free delivery. But had to wait for it to arrive as apparently the customer pays for returns as well. To the Czech Republic?!
Terrible experience and service.
EDIT: Even though the website claims these come with installation screws there were none supplied.
Also, the drive's firmware is 2 versions behind and is not possible to update using the official software.

bought 32GB of ram to upgrade an old Acer desktop and it bought a new lease of life to it. I like the fact the company has a facility on their website to scan your system for compatibility. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
Five stars on site helping me find the right memory, getting it to me in a reasonable amount of time and it working fine. Minus two stars for having to deal with questionable trustworthiness of digitalriver nitemare handling of transaction. Allegedly offering PayPal as payment option and taking all my personal info it said sorry PayPal no. If they hadn't already taken all my personal info already in this bait and switch on payment method I would have gone elsewhere.
