Cruise Excursions lure you in with false advertising claiming up to 60% less than cruise lines. this is a blatant lie! I booked a Birkdale Glacier tour with Troll cars through them at £100 per person, price onboard with P&O £75 per person, 25% cheaper!
I complained to my cruise agent who took it on themselves to refund me the difference fully agreeing with my claim, however Cruise Excursions sent a disgusting reply saying I booked on line through their website without first checking the cruise lines prices therefore no refund entirely my fault. Clearly states up to 60% cheaper! They went on to say they have a price match policy if I had bothered to call them----UNTRUE, Also a price match is not CHEAPER it is the same.
