Genuine help with no sales expectations
First, I was pleasantly surprised to get someone live at an off hour on a weekend. Then, the tech understood what I was looking for and efficiently found solutions. Old guy needs a little help
I've installed lots of car radios in my time, but it's been 20 years since my last one. Now I'm installing a head unit, new speakers and wiring for GPS, a backup camera, a mounted USB connection and Bluetooth phone access. It's a bit more complicated than I'm used to. Crutchfield has a great web site that helps pick the right components, adds the needed adapters to make it all fit right, wiring harnesses to make sure everything works once it's hooked up and super helpful staff to manage any problems that might turn up. I'm really glad I chose Crutchfield and would recommend them to anyone.

I’m a repeat Customer and as always Crutchfield offers great customer service!. I recently purchased a new wireless CarPlay radio for my Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Great customer service started at the order where the individual helped to identify all of the necessary additional components I needed to properly install the radio.
I called Crutchfield during my installation and they offered fantastic support and helping me quickly get the new radio installed. I really appreciate your great service folks!

True to their values
Crutchfield with its long standing quality and customer service has done it again, we received the last Kenwood DNX775rvs they had in stock, unfortunately the Maps did not work, after trying to work with Garmin to no avail, I reached out to Crutchfield Technical support, and Got Eli, what a light at the end of the tunnel, he knew exactly what to do, he reached out to Garmin to get some information then came back to let me know Kenwood was going to send a shipping label for the needed repair, sadly after a coupe weeks Kenwood informed me the unit was not repairable in time for our trip, they offered a refund, which we accepted, Eli in hearing this stayed in contact to ensure everything was handled, he even reached our to Kenwood to see if they had a new or refurbished unit they could replace with. Thankfully we sourced another unit and installed it. Super thanks to Crutchfield and especially Eli and Kenwood for the superior customer service

Klipsch customer for life
On July 30th 2026,I ordered the Klipsch RP 600M II and received them on August 4th. The transaction was smooth without any issues and I received the speakers in excellent condition. I am just waiting for the Klipsch RP 6000F II to go on sale so I can order again from Crutchfield. Crutchfield associates were very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service
I purchased a pair of Polk ES60 speakers. Did a lot of homework before deciding on these. Before I ordered them I did a chat with Homer to confirm that they would be a good choice for my receiver. Denon 1802. He assured me they would be fine. He was correct. They sound great. UPS delivered on time and both speakers were in great shape. The driver even brought them up my steep driveway and had them on the porch before I knew he was there.100% satisfied.
