I bought the complete waxing system…

I bought the complete waxing system which included pre-wax prep products and hard wax beads and after-wax care products and I am extremely satisfied. As a beginner in waxing I was anxious but the process turned out to be very straightforward. The instructions were clear, everything was aesthetically packaged, and most importantly—no irritation at all!

I was so tired of dealing with ingrown hairs and razor burn, and this vegan, skin-safe hard wax has made a huge difference. The application was simple, the wax grabbed hair effectively, and I loved how painless the process felt compared to shaving.

I highly recommend this professional-grade waxing kit to anyone who wants to have a less painful at-home waxing experience that actually works. Great for sensitive skin, and the results speak for themselves!

Promised refund then ghosted me

Ordered multiple bundles from them, including the wax melt machine on the 3rd of September. I ended up spending £167 altogether. I ordered this from the UK so when the ordered arrived I had to pay £40 in fees, so overall I spend just over £200 on their products because they seemed really good and high quality.
When the parcel arrived I was very excited, despite the additional £40 I ended up paying on top of their postage on the website. To my utter disappointment, when I tried using the machine it kept glitching and shutting down, which made the whole order completely useless. I contacted them about this straight away and showed them a video of the machine shutting down. They replied quickly at first, saying that this wasn’t normal and promised me a refund. This was on the 15th of September. The next day I was told my order number was being passed onto the team to deal with the refund. Next day I asked if there was any news, no reply. Four more days passed with no news about the refund, I messaged again. They got back to me for a final time on the 22nd of September telling me my refund would be processed on Monday (the next day). it wasn’t. I even contact them on Tuesday the 24th to let them know I still hasn’t received the promised refund. It is now the 29th of September and they still haven’t replied to me in a week, let alone send me a refund.

Edit: I am increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars as the owner personally reached out to me, apologised and explained they were having staff shortage which caused issues on their end. They did refund me for the amount and the owner promised to send me a replacement machine at their next restock. Will update my rating again if the new machine actually gets sent to me.
