Cryptonator has advised me that one of my currency wallets will be disabled in Sept 2018 and to remove my coins. I have tried three times and each time it skips the verification page even though they send me the code I can not input it. The problem is they give no way of contacting them which I find very strange. i would like to rectify this problem

Same thing happened to me, I sent a some ETH to my Binance account on May 9th, 2018 & it never showed up.

I checked the transaction infomation ID & I get " Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash"

it's been 6 days now and still nothing! I've reached out to Cryptonator's support three times now and still nothing! ANY HELP WOULD MEAN ALOT thnks!!

If i could give these crooks 0 stars i would. They give terrible excuses as to why there wallets are offline when the rest of the network had no issues getting bytecoin back online.

This has caused EVERY SINGLE BYTECOIN HOLDER ON CRYPTONATOR to lose out on all of the profit they could of made with its listing on binance.

Absolute shambles wouldnt suprises me if they traded the coins for profit and disabled everyones access to profit from it themselves.

Also to note their customer service is non-existent. Their listed address is vacant i sent someone to check and will be chasing these crooks up.

I hope someone else finds you before i do

Cryptonator SCAM -- Do not use it. Lost 7000 USD.

Have been using Cryptonator.com for more than a year now, and it is the best online wallet I ever had. So fast, so less pain on exchanges, and easy to go.

Until now, no reported problems,I have made values of over 2K using it and everything went just fine.

I saw so many bad comments but I don't know why they didn't get an answer.

NO DOT Use Cryptonator !!! it was working fine in Nov/Dec 2017, Then no more !!! I lost all my money and i can not access my account anymore ! No answer from the support.

Transaction has been created but was not transmitted to the nodes. My Blackcoins have disappeared from my account and were never transferred to requested wallet. I am asking for a refund since 2 weeks (March 3rd) to return back my blackcoins worth 5000 Euro but nothing happens. They replied only once to admit the error but no coins were returned / no refund!!! I am emailing them almost every day but no reply! Very disappointing experience and I am very worried of my money lost? I try to stay hopeful and I can see after 2 weeks there is some maintenance (offline) on the Blackcoin wallet so I hope they try to fix something and hopefully they will respond and give me back my blackcoins. It is a lot of money and it would be devastating for my life to lose it all. Is Cryptonator a big scam? I hope not and I will update my message of the outcome once I (hopefully) hear from them.

Update March 14: Cryptonator team has finally responded and rectified the issue. After all, I have finally received my missing blackcoins. Bad experience but at least with a good ending.

2 ZEC transactions verified on the blockchain and no credit to my wallet. It took about 2 days to get it to show up. No response to emails.

This would have been the best cryptocurrency wallet but I was dissappointed when it took them over 2 months for them to resolve my missing ripples issue.

I had ripples, dogecoins and bytecoins on this website. After reading all the reviews I decided to transfer my coins to a different wallet. So around the end of December 2017 I decided to transfer all my coins. I would email them everyday, sometimes i will get a response but 95% of the time they never replied (that never stopped me from emailing them everyday). Finally about 3 days ago Feb 12 2018 they said they transferred my ripples which was true. I guess they had enough of my emails. When I initiated the transfer back in december, my ripples and other coins had disappeared from my cryptonator wallets but never arrived its destination. So after constant emails I finally got my ripples in february. I am currently trying to follow up with my bytecoin and dogecoin.

There is hope if you lost your cryptocurrency with them but you need to be pushful. Never stop emailing them everyday or every 5 hours or so.

I sent 140$ in ZEC to my cryptonator wallet, the hash check shows that money is recieved, but nothing appears in the wallet - my first transaction took about a week to complete to the same wallte, but now it takes almost a month and still nothing. Two tickets about the problem, absolutely no answer. AVOID this fake trading platform.

scam website, thank god i only tested the wallet first with a very tiny amount. Never showed up in my wallet even after 2 days. I notice that many other people also report the same problem. AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE CRYPTONATOR!

Just had 59,000 Reddcoins stolen from my account and they did nothing. According to them, it was someone in Germany and I am in the US. I don't believe them and I closed my account. BEWARE, DONT USE THIS SITE!!!!!

Cryptonator stole 300 Ripples from me by creating a fake transaction ID and never sending my coins to my offsite wallet. I confirmed this with the blockchain. I have been waiting three weeks for support to respond. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE!
