Does a good job and is very reliable

Such an unprofessional company people who came to clean were so unprofessional, rude and dint care to take care of the stuffs. They were making sure that they windup everything as quickly as possible and dint even give a chance to ask or even question if satisfied.. they did half work i paid 400£ its total waste and useless service they gave us. More importantly they have different company names and mislead people

We booked a cleaning service, but despite multiple follow-up calls, we were informed at the last moment that the cleaners would not be coming. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and could have been addressed much earlier. An advance payment was taken promptly, yet there has been no response or refund despite repeated requests. This has been an extremely poor experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid Crystal Cleaning.

Efficient, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with this cleaning company.

UPDATE: Apparently I have the wrong country so disregard. This is for the business in Mesquite Texas: I used them Nov 2024 and they stole from me. I have emailed several times wanting my little duck back since it was given to me by an elderly now deceased person and they deny, deny, deny. I don't have people over. It is just me. I still miss it so much as it was so very precious to me. Too, they put the commode lids up, left them up and it was very dirty behind the lids. The bath tub was left unclean. But by golly the floors were clean and my little duck was gone. She brought me to my sink window and pointed out she had rearranged it but I didn't notice the little duck was gone. Another thing I didn't like was they opened my front door and left it open when I have a cat that could have gotten out. For the amount of $$ they charged I feel totally ripped off.

I have had my cleaner visit for 6 months. She has proved reliable and efficient. Her equipment is well chosen for each cleaning job. The equipment she uses is well looked after. The house a pleasure to come home to after her visit

Crystal Cleaning did not honor their long-standing commitment to us to do our cleans first thing - 8am - on Tuesday mornings. They began pushing out start time out later and later with no proactive communication regarding delays from the expected start time, and then hide behind a "4 hour window" pledge. I'm sorry, but when you commit to an 8am start time, 10 am doesn't cut it when we've already scheduled our work obligations around the cleaning time. A commitment is a commitment, and to not honor it is dishonest. We terminated their service and I would not highly recommend them.

Crystal cleaning service carried out a very extensive deep clean to a property that we manage and we were more than satisfied. Their cleaning team came with all necessary equipment and worked throughout the charged hours moving all items in cupboards in order to clean them and replacing everything correctly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to carry out a deep clean.

Very happy with the service that I have received, easy transition from making an enquiry, to getting a booking confirmation and then having the cleaning done. The staff were very professional.
Overall a present experience.

Highly not recommended !!!!!

Our company recently used Crystal Cleaning Services, and the experience was horrendous. They used the same mops for cleaning desks and computers that they used for toilets, which was absolutely disgusting. We had to hire another company to disinfect everything. When we raised our concerns with the CEO, she was extremely rude and arrogant. They operate more like a mafia than a professional cleaning service.
Avoid at any cost!!!!!

Stay away. They take a whole day to do work that should of taken 4 hrs. Afterwards you
have to clean again, because cleaner made even more mess after the cleaning job was done.
They are only interested in your money.

Today I had my sofa cleaned by this company. Absolutely respected my home explained the procedure and left no mess at all . I can totally recommend this friendly company which I would definitely use again in the future. Have no problem recommending this company to my friends and family. Definitely 5 ⭐️ . Once again Thankyou.

Best cleaning company my husband and I have used. The cleaning is impeccable- the house is literally shinning after! Could not recommend the more.
