This is my first time ordering…

This is my first time ordering something off Carly’s website and I was looking for the Alex warren bow for his tour because I got tickets to go at see him 2 days ago and that was amazing but when I did order it I did email Carly to let her know what date I was gonna see him which was the 21/04/26 and that she was gonna post it out the next day and it would take 3 to 5 days to come and for me I have learning difficulties as I explained to her and she tottally understand it cause she was helping me and when the bow came to my house and as I opened it oh my goodness me it is such a beautiful colour as well and it went really well with my outfit as well when I saw Alex and I have 3 more concerts coming up which are harry styles take that and niall Horan and I will DEFINITELY be ordering bows from her website again.

Terrible experience

I ordered my items on 5 February and never received any shipping confirmation. After contacting the seller, I was told it had been shipped on 17 February, however several weeks passed and nothing arrived.

Due to the delay and lack of delivery, I eventually received a refund after multiple chaser emails from myself. The item then arrived afterwards, but unfortunately the quality was poor. The stickers were already peeling off and the overall presentation felt rushed compared to a previous order I placed.

Communication during the process was also not very helpful we had a few back and fourth emails I believe customer service was not there! A lot of attitude in emails, don’t get me wrong i am very appreciative of the eventual refund as it was not a cheap order but based on this experience, I would not order again.

Fantastic customer service and product!

I saw an ad for the bows 5 days before my concert and wanted one so badly. I wrote in the notes that I needed the product quickly. I even put the incorrect shipping address in and emailed in, customer service got back to me so quickly and dispatched the goods the next day. The package came so quickly and the bow was beautiful! I had so many lovely compliments the whole night!

avoid this business!

i’m a young adult who doesn’t have much money and i saved up enough to buy me and my 2 friends bows for a concert in august. ordered 3 custom bows on june 15, gave her about a week or two to send my design for review and when she didn’t send it, i emailed her, told me it would be thursday, then she didn’t send it and used the excuse of ‘i’m doing orders for concerts before yours.’
eventually on the 14th of july i got an email saying customs were being done in the next two days, i still got nothing from her. i emailed and she claimed she had sent them and didn’t get a reply, i told her i didn’t get them and she said she’d ’track them down’
it took her 2 snarky and rude emails(which she accused me of being rude and insulting her business when i just expressed the fact i actually wanted to get my products after a month) and an comment on her tiktok from my MUM for her to finally send over the design, after approving it, she sent it the next day and i have received them
there was absolutely no need for her to be so rude, and she had terrible customer service. it doesn’t take a month and a half to make 3 bows! i would definitely avoid this woman, find someone else that does similar, don’t give this woman any money
she’s only getting 2 stars because i eventually received my products in good condition, which i can tell others havent

I ordered a bow on February 5th

I ordered a bow on February 5th, it’s now May 31st and still no bow. When I emailed a month ago, the excuse was it takes 3.5 months to arrive after it ships. Well, we are at just about 4 months and I really doubt it’s ever coming. Don’t waste your time.

Rude

Ordered 14th april
Received 25th april completely the wrong order
Emailed straight away out of office was on til 28th ... waited a couple of days saw posts on socials from her sent dm thru insta, emailed again... still nothing
Friday 2nd may still hadn't heard and she put her out of office on again so requested refund thru PayPal
Tuesday 6th may Received an email that my order had been dispatched (thought she had seen and read my emails and sent me a new batch) nope... Saturday 10th may Receive an email to tell me the order would be cancelled due to my PayPal refund request
I quickly replied back to say I needed the items
After a few emails back and forth she hadn't received my orginal email as it went to spam and didn't question why I had put in a refund request 4 days before the order was dispatched
After the conversation between carly and myself this morning I have decided not to continue with my purchase. She was so unhelpful and quite rude in her messages to me

Never sent the item and when questioned she asked me to wait until a specific date which I did. I emailed on that date saying it did not arrive and she ignored the email. I’ve commented on posts about my experience and she deletes them. Awful company. Don’t recommend.

STAY AWAY

Didn’t send the products. i questioned her about this and she never responded. I opened a dispute with PayPal, suprise she answered the next day and asked me to close so I did (silly me). It’s been over a month now and the products still have not been received or sent. it’s been 3 months since I ordered. Stay well away

As below- avoid

As below- avoid. I ordered early October and never received my product. Sent further polite emails throughout November and the start of December. Carly did not respond.

I was left no choice but to ask if her email has changed on one of her TikTok videos to which she said she didn’t reply as she was on Christmas break and blocked me for no reason.

I have been nothing but patient and nice and would have dealt with this without reviews and comments on social media but the lack of customer service is a joke and left me with no choice.

Do not behave like this in business Carly and then try to make out it’s the fault of your customers! The reviews speak for themselves. Bad practice

AWFUL AVOID.

absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered in September, all seemed okay. I then never recieved an email saying my parcel had been dispatched and emailed her asking for an update. Took a long time to respond but she told me she couldn’t give me one. Fast forward to December and she keeps telling I will be a getting a refund but I have still recieved nothing, despite being polite and patient for THREE MONTHS waiting. I will have to raise this further.

AVOID AT ALL COST

If I could give this 0 stars I would but I can't....

I had ordered x2 bow and glasses combo sets back in August. I then contacted her asking for a update at the end September as they didn't arrive. She said that she would make new ones for me, and they will be sent out straight away.

I then received email on 30th October stating that they had been dispatch, however In mid November they still didn't arrive. I contacted Carly asking for a refund and she said that before she could issues a refund it would need to be investigated.

I then waited a week or so and chased up the investigation. I was then greeted with rude remarks and when metioning that would be taking this to tranding standards due to waiting over 4 months.
I was told that she would not be talking to me anymore and cut all communications. She then processed the refund saying that I was threatening her and that Threats weren't welcome.

This is a shame as she is giving small business a bad name in my opinion.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My partner has waited 4 months for 2 sets of bows to be delivered and what we thought was a genuine service (she told her that she made brand new bows when the first batch didn’t get delivered) turned out to be quite a nasty experience.

When these didn’t arrive as well, my partner asked for her money back. She was told by Carly that an investigation would need to take place with Royal Mail which was fair enough. This was on 13th November 2024. On 29th November this was chased up and we were greeted with quite a sarcastic response stating “As mentioned previously” and reiterating about the investigation with Royal Mail.

In response to this we sent an email stating the following:

“Thank you for your reply.

As you can appreciate, I have been waiting nearly 4 months which is a long time to be waiting for bows and to be without my money.

I will wait until 6th December for a more positive response and if not I will be speaking to trading standards.

Kind regards”

The reply to this from Carly was as follows:

“Wonderful, thanks for the threat.

Due to this, from this point on I will not be responding or providing any further correspondence.”

We did then receive a refund with a note stating that “threats aren’t welcome”.

The most unprofessional service we have ever dealt with.

Avoid nonexistent customer service. Now unprofessional customer service and fraud.

Spelt Toone 'Toon' on my daughters hair bow. Messaged multiple times over months, zero response. Been more than patient waiting for a reply but nothing. Daughters friend had exactly the same issue,..zero response. Avoid.

Finally contacted me after I messaged publicly on tiktok, emailed me offering zero support to our 6 month ongoing issue whilst bring rather rude and unprofessional. Eventually after I questioned her customer service an email was sent saying I'd been refunded. Something didn't seem right, checking with the bank and PayPal no refund was issued and it's a fake email she's made to pretend a refund has been issued. She's then blocked my emails, blocked us on tiktok etc

Sad things is it's not much money at all but the customer service and attitude with regards to her buisness etiquette is shocking considering majority of her buisness are younger kids, teens and adults who let's face it feel the cost of living crisis just as much as older generations if not more.

Avoid this buisness, start to finish the experience has been poor if not illegal at times. My daughters friend had exactly the same issue, zero reply or refund to emails their parents sent.

On here there's clearly other unhappy customers.

Maybe Isabella doesn't understand why she gets bad reviews because she knows her and trustpilot has recently became something she's aware of,..maybe?
