Very good in all way delivery with in the 3 days phone call from the factory a day before and phone call of the driver 20 mins away payed on Apple Pay so 2 minutes to place my order and got it with in the 3 days and the quality is really good 👍🏻

From order to delivery Crytec were excellent - as ever!

I purchased a skid steer from Crytec Limited and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the machine arrived, it was in noticeably poor condition—much worse than described. There were multiple issues with the unit that made it unusable for my needs.
I returned the skid steer and was told a refund would be processed, but two weeks later I still have not received my money back nor have I been given a clear timeline.

I’ve attempted to contact the company several times with no meaningful response.
Overall, the condition of the equipment and the lack of communication or resolution on the refund have left me dissatisfied and frustrated.

I cannot recommend purchasing from Crytec Limited based on my experience.

I’m also currently in contact with trading standards and will be seeking legal advice for my refund as they keep telling me it’s been sent and I’ve called my bank who can NOT see this refund!!!

What an amazing Company. Not only did my tracked dumper turn up very prompt, it came with an entire service tool kit and lots of extras. I did not expect so much to turn up. Thank you and what an amazing product the CRD 80H-K hi tip tracked dumper is. Half the price of the JCB ! Honestly look this company up and see the products, you will not regret it.

Spent £11,000 with crytec and I’ve had issues with the skid steer since it was delivered. Very poor communication and complete silence from them now.
I will now be seeking legal advice as the machine is not working at all. Do not waste your money on this rubbish

Great company to do business with. There was a small issue with the trailer but this was rectified quickly and professionally.

Bought a new chainsaw via ebay and at first sight it looked good.
Before assembly I always check a saw over then fill all fluids. Saw started after 2 pulls and ticked over absolutely fine. However on leaving the saw to run for over 10 minutes, there was absolutely no oil flow. On further investigation there's no oil pick up pipe fitted.
Contacted them about it and although extremely busy they did get back in touch.

A new chainsaw has been sent out in exchange for the old one. Returning the old unit was completely handled by them at no cost to me.

Seen the petrol chainsaw and purchased it, arrived very quickly….. so I highly recommend… but it is a bit less than 22” more like 20, but it cuts trees… perfect..

I collected as i needed one because the old one broke down,easy directions as just off of the main chesterfield to Sheffield road,staff very responsive and eager to help as we asked for an unpacked one and they promptly obliged,great compressor at the time the best price.

First time we have used Crytec and the ordering was very easy and delivery quick.
Bought on impulse as some garden waste was not rotting down properly eg sweetcorn stems.
Have used it for two seasons now and quite impressed with its performance. Doesn't like "wet" vegetation as it sticks and clogs the machine up. Have to clean it regularly hence only 4 stars

I had an issue with a chipper I brought a few years ago and the where very good at providing me the parts to get me sorted. This was until I needed a bearing that was too big for my chipper that was last I got messages from them so got a refund from Paypal as they never responded to my messages. This review was writtern on the prefix of a free reward the has not been received.

Sam solved my delivery issue with the courier, which was NOT the fault of Crytec. He found a solution that worked really well and kept me informed throughout.

I bought a wheelbarrow as I was looking for a good plastic one for light garden duties. It was delivered swiftly, and the wheelbarrow is still holding up well after 2 years. Purchased 3rd July 2023 :)

I had an engine failure on my chipper with a Rato 420cc engine, i contacted the company and they didn't want to know, disappointing from Crytec.
