First time I used this company (having seen a few vans around - the power of advertising!), and will definitely do so again. So more than good advertsing, this is a great company offering an A1 service in my experience.

It proved easy to book a boiler service date online. I then emailed the office in reply to the slot confirmation to see if they had earlier availability and got an instantaneous callback, thereby advancing by 4 days (and therefore pretty much straight away), which was fantastic.

So, great customer service, along with very nice and reassuring engineer who did the job with minimum fuss but maximum 'niceness', explaining what was going on as he did so. All for what appears to be a reasonable rate.

My Dad needed a new kitchen tap, he lives in Whitstable and I live in London. He suggested C S Heating and Plumbing as he had use them before. From the first call to paying the invoice these guys were good. Efficient in letting me know the cost and punctual in turning up. Even when it was discovered that the new tap (which I had purchased) had a flow reducer in it, they were happy to return to sort it out for Dad. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

CS Heating are professional and technically very good. We have been very pleased with our interactions with them so far.

Total superstars. Was easy to book an appointment over the phone, the engineer turned up exactly on time, was ultra polite, professional, explained to me what was happening, and gave advice on how I can help myself. The invoice was as predicted, and everything was left tidy. Very happy with the service. Completely recommend. Will be using them in the future.

Excellent service. Harry called to say he was on his way, took all Covid precautions seriously, assessed the problem quickly and went the extra mile to squeeze our repair into his already busy day. Really grateful and impressed (again) with the service from C S Heating.

Good communication from the onset: A yearly invite to have the boiler and central heating system checked-up, reminders of the appointment closer to the time, and a Covid safe-guarding email. Also a courtesy phone call 15 min before arrival. The work was clean and efficient, carried out rapidly by a knowledgeable and experienced engineer. He was wearing a face mask and took his boots off before stepping on my brand new carpet. The prices are most reasonable, which makes it easy to support this local business: I would highly recommend C.S. Heating & Plumbing.

We chose to use CS plumbing to fit our new boiler as they gave us a competitive quote, took the time to find the least disruptive solution and seemed the most knowledgable and trustworthy of all the companies (5) we received advice and quotes from. I am pleased to say that when it came to the actual fitting they lived up to their promises and to our high expectations. The work took 3 days (4 including the lower flush) and they made every effort to keep us updated as it progressed as well as taking extra care to keep the disruption to a minimum, covering our floors and surfaces and cleaning up after themselves each day. They were polite and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the further! Thanks Dave and Lee, you did us proud!

CS Heating & Plumbing’s Senior Engineer, Andy, was very thorough in assessing the issue with our boiler and took the time to explain it in layman’s terms. The team who man the switchboard were also very helpful. Great service overall.

Called CS Heating after bad service with another company. Andy came out today and sorted the problem right away. Very thorough, tidy and polite. Would recommend to anyone.

C&S Heating and Plumbing are a most professional service. They responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, politely arranged a visit, and sent an email explaining what Covid secure procedures their representatives would follow. The two men arrived on time on the date arranged wearing masks and gloves. They carried out their testing procedures with no fuss and clearly explained what they had done. I would recommend this service to anyone who requires heating and plumbing work to be undertaken in their home or workplace.

We have been using CS Heating for a few years now, recently to fit a new boiler.
Once again they have shown their service to be second to none. Always efficient and always totally reliable. From the initial visit from Dave for advice, which was extremely helpful in deciding what product to go for, to the installation by Trevor and Rob, who were totally professional.

Excellent quick service in emergency. Water leak in joint to expansion tank in loft. Water all over area below tank & gone through ceiling to bedroom and airing cupboard with boiler inside and even downstairs to kitchen ceiling. Came within hours of call same day. Work near and tidy as well.

I took a morning off work to be available anytime between 8 am and 1 pm. Sadly no one turned up and nor did they ring to apologise they were running late. It meant having to ask another relative to take a day off, travel down from London to support our elderly family member with a boiler service. I'd recommended this company from my own previous use of their services. What a mistake. Appalling and disrespectful to the customer.

Remome tank and pump form loft.
Move water softener and reconnect with new pipes and test.
The installer work and knowledge was excellent, worked late to complete the job.
Recommend the installer (Lee) who done the work.
