I bought a rugged smartphone from Csmobile at a price that couldn't be bettered, without taking a chance on some random Asian website. The delivery was a bit slow, but this didn't bother me. Got what I ordered in great condition and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

my order placed on 17/03/2026 for three devices, which has still not been delivered.

I was informed that only two items were in stock. I agreed to proceed with the dispatch of the two available devices and requested a refund for the third item. However, as of today, the order has still not been dispatched.

It has now been almost one month since I placed the order. This delay is unacceptable, especially as the items were intended to be gifts for my children.

I kindly request that you dispatch the available items immediately and process the refund for the out-of-stock item without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I used CS mobiles multiple times and I have full confidence in them. The prices are very good and the products are original and genuine.

It was the usual doubt about how cheap their prices were but I gave it a try and trust me they’ve earned every single star from me. Delivery was 12 days to Ireland. The product is also original. Thank you for keeping to your promise, I am now enjoying my new Boox 10.3.

Very competetive prices, couldn't find better price online for brand new iphone15 anywhere else. Item arrived as described- well packed and brand new.
Disadvantages: long time to process the order, long delivery time (Ireland).

Delivery service was good but no tracking number,that is why one star is decducted, the price for the phone was excellent and no problim ordering.

Bought the phone's from the seller few times in the last few years no problem at all, everything, every time legit ,new and sealed as should be, but an other side shipping and tracking disaster didn't exist at all no updates for 2-3 weeks

I placed an order on 03/03/2026 (Order number: P2601555) and paid 399 EUR by bank transfer.
The phone was never delivered. After contacting customer support, I was told that their bank account had been frozen due to suspicious activity and that all payments were rejected.
However, my money has still not been returned.
I was advised by the company to contact my bank regarding the payment. I did so, and my bank confirmed that the transfer was completed correctly from my side and that there were no issues with the payment. According to my bank, the situation now depends entirely on the seller.
When I asked the company for proof that my payment had been rejected or for a clear timeline for the refund, they simply stopped responding to my messages.
At this moment I have paid 399 EUR and received neither the phone nor a refund.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If this situation is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through my bank and report the case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly advise potential customers to read the negative reviews carefully before purchasing from this store, as it seems that similar problems have happened to other customers as well.

I requested to return my order and for more than a week they have ignored my emails.

I ordered 2 Apple Watches one as a valentine gift. Arrival was given for Feb 5th to 11th
Arrived at the 16th - not cool.
Customer service was slow to respond and only telling me “ we will make sure it arrives on time “ other than that crickets

I got my phone not so fast, but in good condition and for good price. Well done!
