CSS Ltd
CSS Ltd, I rang them for a quote to do an Asbestos survey urgently. They sent one of their surveyors within 48 hours, ( this was a Wednesday when they attended site ) I received a quote on the Friday. The cost was less than expected which was a great price. I instructed Mark to carry out the works and again they where onsite the following week.
Following the 2 day site survey which was for a 20,000sqf old building, we received our report back 7 days later including all test results.
What a great service which helped us out massively.

Residential property asbestos check
Asbestos management report for a residential terraced property. Mark and the surveyor, Glynn, were friendly, professional and happy to provide advice and answer any questions. Report received within 5 days as agreed and was clear, concise with plenty of photographs. Not the cheapest quote but worth paying to get a good and thorough asbestos check done.

CSS did everything they were supposed…
CSS did everything they were supposed to from start to finish.
CSS was recommended to me by a friend who is a senior building surveyor, as I needed an asbestos survey carrying out on an old wool mill which had been converted to privately owned offices.
They charged a fair price, were courteous, great at communicating, turned up when they said they would and carried out the job professionally and respectfully throughout the building and offices
The business owners even commented on how pleased they were with the inspection and results.
The report was detailed and covered every inch of the building.
A friendly, skilled and efficient team. Would highly recommend
