Asbestos in my home.

Refurbishment and Management Surveys
We have used CSS to undertake both refurbishment and management asbestos surveys and we will use them again in the future.
They were very helpful from the first phone call; enquiring about what would be the best survey for our situation and their availability to the delivery of the reports by email.
The surveyor was punctual and very professional throughout his visit. We work with some very vulnerable clients and he was able to work within our policies and procedures without any problems at all.
I would highly recommend CSS.

Thank you for providing us with your comments. We have thoroughly investigated the situation and would like to apologise for any negative experience you may have had.
Upon further review, it has come to our attention that both myself and a colleague were the ones who assisted you upon your arrival to pay for the report. As per our quotation, it was clearly stated that all survey reports would be emailed to an email address provided by the client. Unfortunately, we understand that you did not have access to printing facilities.
We did offer an alternative solution of printing the report at our offices while you were present, however, this option was declined by yourself. We always strive to provide exceptional customer service and regret that we were unable to meet your requirements on this occasion.
Please know that we value all feedback from our clients and use it as an opportunity to review our processes and improve where necessary. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
