The biggest scammers in Asia
Ordered some items for my bussines which were about 250$ and another 250$ for shipping. After 6 months and 30 messages with them, they refound me 50$ out of 500$. The reason? They didn't even bother give me one.
Lied to me for 6 months that the parcel is at customs (but refusing to tell me in what country or any details about the shipping company so maybe I can contact them to find any information about the parcel). I'm pretty sure they don't have a clue how to speak English because they don't understand basic questions.
TLDR
Scammers with no intention to help you.
Disgusting company that refuses to give you any proper explanation or information.

Terrible experience
I’ve been using Sugargoo for a while but wanted to try something different and gave CSS a chance. What a mistake, the difference is like night and day:
1) customer service are extremely unresponsive.
2) I paid for FedEx shipping but still no tracking number, 7 days after I placed my order
3) I paid for QC photos but received none
Paying for FedEx was a rip off because I still haven’t received my package after 7 days which means I could have used a cheaper shipping option.
I do not recommend CSSBuy - use at your own risk.
