I'm new to cssbuy

I'm new to cssbuy. I ordered a pair of dior b30 for 40 euros and I don't know how it works. I paid but it says "unpaid". I wasn't convinced and I tried to delete the order but they didn't refund me my money. Did I throw away 40 euros or can they be recovered?
also because if I "deleted" the order but I didn't get my money back, it means I didn't cancel the order entirely.
if the shoes arrive anyway, how long would I have to wait???

Package not delivered – Partial refund only – No proper explanation


I ordered a pair of shoes for one of my clients using CSSBuy. I paid ¥151.32 for shipping, and after over a month of waiting, the package was never delivered.

Then I suddenly received a partial refund of only ¥52.66 — without any clear explanation. This is unacceptable. I contacted support multiple times, and I have now also sent an urgent email.

My client is angry, I am losing money and reputation, and I still don’t know where my package is.

I demand either a full refund or that the item be delivered immediately. This is harming my business, and I expected better service from CSSBuy.
