excellent people to deal with. they fully explained the new evisa procedure to me and unlike several other agencies they are not still trying to justify charging extra for the old pink visa that covered travel from the USA. The charge for an Evisa is now the same which ever country you are travelling from

Great service! After filling out the form on the website, I got my tourist card in no time. I had some questions about the entry dates to Cuba which were promptly answered by the staff. I would not hesitate to use them again. The service is great and it’s useful if you can’t get visa from the consulate in person.

The instructions on the website could not have been simpler and better explained.
It took exactly 26 hours from submitting the application to receiving my visa by post. If the rest of Cuba was run like this, the island would be known as the Switzerland of the Caribbean. Spoiler Alert-It's not!

Had to get a visa within 5 days. Panicked, but found cubavisa.uk. ordered visa Saturday. Received it Tuesday by 1pm. Email replies were rapid too.

Great service from Cubavisa.uk again. Made a mistake on my postal address so the Royal Mail delivered it back to London office. I was very last minute sorting out the visa but had it back again after just 2 days! Highly recommended, great Team! Thank you again, Magda & Jacek

Ordered Visas on Wed 28/10/2020 at 2pm, they were delivered next day at 11am by special delivery. Holiday now cancelled due to Lockdown, but the visas will still be valid until 31/12/2021

Wow! Booked a last minute flight and needed a visa quickly. Saw this service and noticed the price. Booked over the weekend and arrived on Tuesday. Can't odd's it. Perfect.

We booked a very last minute flight to Cuba late on a Friday afternoon. We ordered our tourist cards on Friday evening, I was a bit worried, as we needed them by the following Wednesday at the latest. I assumed that they wouldn't pick up on this till Monday.
I didn't need to worry at all, I received an email on Monday morning, they were in the post, tracking number attached.
Tuesday morning, they arrived with Royal Mail, signed delivery.
Cheaper than the Cuban Embassy website too.
There are a lot of things on the news at the moment about sites that are charging to get your visas/tourist cards for a higher price unnecessarily.
This does not seem to be one of those sites. Couldn't be happier with the service.
We paid an addition £12 for the two cards to be sent priority.
Very happy!
