They don't sell what they show
I had a terrible experience with this company. The sponge they sent for the humidifier was much smaller than what was advertised on their website. After contacting them, they admitted the mistake but only offered a measly 10% discount. The product was completely unusable, so I returned it. From there, things only got worse— they claimed they never received the returned goods and I got no real answers from customer service. Needless to say, I never received any credit or refund. I’ve lost all trust in this company and will never purchase from them again. Product is still wrong on their website (September).

The first minus is that the lighter was scratched . The second minus is that it discharges very quickly, it doesn't last even half a day.
