This company has gone into administration

Ordered garden tables and chairs mid December 2023. No updates about where my order is and no answer to my phonecalls or email. Have just been informed that this company has now gone into administration and I won't be receiving any compensation from them. Asked me to get a refund from my card company.

Dishonest Company

Dishonest Company. I ordered £1200 of chairs, and was told immediately they were no longer being stocked. A full refund would be given in 3-5 days. 4 weeks later no refund and no answers to repeated email requests. Their telephone line says they are moving warehouse and won't take a message.
They most likely are no longer trading. My advice, keep well away from them.

Cuckooland in administration

It seems Cuckooland has gone into liquidation or worse, the message on the phone line says 'we are moving warehouse and not accepting any new orders' but the website is accepting payments and orders, how is this possible? The delivery company called to say they had not received any orders from Cuckooland for weeks and no one at Cuckooland was picking up the phone! Have made complaint to FCA.

Be very careful

Be very careful. Shop is now under liquidation so there is a risk your order may not be fulfilled or refunds/exchanges are refused. I am shocked the website is still live.

Be careful!

Like all the other recent reviews - I ordered a Swyft sofa in November, and after many delays with delivery, I was contacted by Swyft who were the ones to tell me Cuckooland had gone into administration and so they could no longer deliver the sofa. I have STILL not been told by cuckooland, I have tried to contact them but they have an automated line saying they are in the middle of a warehouse move, and I have no idea what will happen to the £1800 I have spent which was a HUGE financial commitment for me. I am so disappointed and upset with lack of customer service and potential stalling and lies that have been told to delay this and am extremely stressed about the financial implications.

COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION

COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION - Bought a few products, waited a while for shipping then a couple weeks later we received an email saying the company has gone into liquidation and we are non secured creditors. It doesn’t look like we are getting our money back (£1300) DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can’t believe the website is still active and you can still purchase . For large purchases use credit cards if you can, the process for getting your money back is far easier.

SCUM!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

I bought a garden corner sofa set on 15.01.2024, a week later a left corner of the wrong garden set has been delivered with other 3 items missing. Delivery team said that they had only one item on the list to deliver and I need to raise an issue with the seller. I've raised an issue on the seller web-site, emailed numerous times but no one has came back to me. Phone lines are closed with the message that they are moving warehouses. Now I've seen that I am not the only one in such situation and the company most likely gone bust. Will have to go through the hassle of chargeback through credit card company. What a nightmare :(

This company has gone bust

This company has gone bust. I’ve lost my money after waiting 2 months for a bed for my little boy.
Instead of offering a refund when clearly the company was in financial difficulties they have lied repeatedly about waiting for a new shipment.
Now I have been emailed telling me they’ve gone bust and I won’t be refunded.

Liquidation and no order received

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - PLEASE READ MY COMMENTS!

A few days before my order was due to arrive (early Jan) I emailed customer service to query when I would receive my order as the status had not changed on my order. I was advised there would be a slight delay but should be with me within a few days.
My item is now 11 days late and when I've emailed customer service again for an update I have not received a reply.

More worryingly I have today received an email stating the company is going into liquidation and I may lose my money unless my bank will refund me? The company still looks like it's trading as their website is fully operational. Are they going into liquidation and still knowingly accepting orders or is this an additional scam from cuckooland?

I have paid £600 for my order on the 28th of December and no sign of it at all and I now don't know if I will ever recieve it?

SCAM company!!!!

Ordered a beanbag just before new year for my son's birthday which is late Jan. Was informed at the beginning of Jan that there would be a delay, then a week later again saying there was further delays and the beanbag wouldn't be available till Feb. Apparently that'd be too late for my purpose so I cancelled my order via email and was told the refund would be done in 3-5 days.

Now 2 weeks have passed, I still haven't got any refund. emailed twice and nobody replied. Called the custom number on their website and only reached an auto message saying "we are in a warehouse move, please email".

So my money is gone and can't speak to anyone????

The worst customer service i have ever experienced

Quite possibly the worst customer experience i've ever encountered. Placed an order on the 27th December for well over £1000 worth of items and still not received it, no updates online and when i've raised a support request the response i got from the customer service team was "we are experiencing delays". Sent two further emails with no reply. Found a number to call that says they aren't taking orders as they are moving warehouse then cuts the line off but the website is still up and running. No way to contact anyone at all who can actually help and tell me where my order is!

Something is not right with Cuckooland

Are they trading as you cannot place any order????

I contacted them and got reply they have an issue with website and to try in 2-3 days.

The day later, on the website now says - WE ARE MOVING WAREHOUSE so we stopped taking orders at the moment.

I have an outstanding order (Swyft sofa) that I placed end of December for the amount of £1600 that should have been dispatched within 3 weeks.

I sent 3 emails asking for an update but no response.

I contacted Swyft directly and they were very helpful and confirmed they got my order and confirmed the delivery date.

Complete shutdown of communications

Complete shutdown of communications! Purchases a bed for my daughter that was due to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2024 after an initial 2 week lead time. Waited in all day but no delivery, and no communication. Contacted the delivery partner who was aware of a wider problem with sully but wouldn’t provide any information apart from directing me to call Cuckooland directly. Cuckooland (email only) customer service can’t offer any guidance whatsoever future delivery?!?! Whatever the reason is, this is shocking CS - where’s my order? When can you deliver it? My daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor

Think twice before ordering

I ordered a product, clearly showing in stock, on their website beginning of December 2023. They send me an email saying there has been a mistake and they do not have it in stock and the stock will be replenished within 2-3 weeks. At the end of December, I send them an email asking the whereabouts. No response. In January, I send another mail, no response. Today it is 25th of January, still nothing

I did make my purchase using Klarna, pay in 3. I already paid two instalments, but following nor response, I reported it to Klarna and the last instalment was now suspended.

Please be mindful. It is the most shocking customer service. Not even bothering responding but taking your money with no shame

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service , take time
Off work to wait for a delivery that’s booked in for nothing to arrive no notification form yourself or delivery company…… to phone your delivery company to be told it’s been put on hold by the supply !!! Can’t speak to anyone at Cuckooland as phones lines are currently off due to Covid ?!
Sent emails to ask for update yet to confirm a delivery day to me !?
Shocking customer service
You was quick to take my £900 for my order ….. not so quick to inform me what’s happening and why my order is on hold with the delivery team .
Very very disappointed
