Same her I’m afraid. Ordered on 18th August. Not received product and emailed six times. No phone number. Shocking they can just take money off people and ignore.

Terrible
Terrible. Most reviews here are complaining they never received their stamp. Count yourself lucky. At least you didn’t waste your time stamping clothes only for it not to work. Shame on them advertising using Trust Pilot when the reality is it’s all trash.

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! If I could give it zero I would!
Placed my order and received confirmation 17 august, I’ve emailed 9 times for an update. 30 days later and still nothing.
I’ve tried both email and returns email! I’ve requested a refund - nothing. The company is a joke just taking payments with nothing in return !

Absoulte rubbish, ordered on the 29th August still haven't recieved anything. Have emailed loads of times, they claim on the website they have 24hr customer care! Absoulte joke. Still waiting for a reply and foe a delivery! Avoid and get you stamp elsewhere.
