Never received my order

Never received my order. Company says it was delivered. If it was delivered, it wasn't delivered to my address. I asked for a refund, but the response was that it had been delivered. I want a refund. Refund $20.97 to me.

Beware

Beware ! Don’t get ripped off ! I ordered the - Glissix - Slider for food processor for my Thermomix. Price was $49 plus postage. I received it in a flimsy plastic package - not the branded box advertised. AND received it via the same mail courier that TEMU uses. And quality was not as expected - a rip off for the cost. SO - I ordered the similar product from TEMU for 3.50$ - just to confirm my suspicions. Yep - same quality product. So my conclusion is that company charges ridiculous prices for drop-shipped products and misrepresents them as branded quality items. In closer inspection of the packaging pictures online - they are photoshopped. Very misleading and unethical.
The only good thing was that the company promptly refunded my money when I complained. Let’s face it - wouldn’t have cost them much to do that and what a lucrative business model ! But seriously unethical- don’t get ripped off!!

Faulty - delayed - crap

Product arrived, broke on second use.
They told me they have sent a replacement but it's been over a month same I have not received it.
I requested a refund and they did not respond to this and said a replacement will be shipped.
Nearly 2 months later....still nothing.

Products have not arrived

Products have not arrived. Been waiting 6 weeks. No human to talk to, only receive the same automated replies they send over and over again. Very disappointing as really would like to order products. Have requested a refund. I hope they make an effort to resolve.

We hate to inform you that there was a problem with your package. We have contacted the carrier to find out more about the status of your order.

Your package had to return to our warehouse. At this time, we are not sure why.

Would you mind if we ship you a new product? We will of course cover the cost of the product and shipping.

Otherwise, we can also give you a refund for your order if you wish.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Very annoying

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it seems the product hasn’t been shipped yet. It didn’t make it in time for Christmas.
I have tried to contact their customer service twice over the past few days but I got no answer whatsoever.
At this point I even doubt I will get the item.

Great product at fair price. Logistics speed is not at the standard we are used in Belgium to send products within europe. Nevertheless happy with my purchase

Lack of information on updates

I ordered a pan on 28 Feb 2023 and as of 9 March 2023 it is still "in transit" and has been since I ordered the pan. No point in "updating" the only information that changes is the date and the pan is still "in transit"
